Description of Work: They replaced both outside units of my AC as well as one coil in the attic. They didn't try to hard-sell me and were OK about me deleting one thing they had recommended in their bid. The only reason I gave a B on Quality is because they had to come back because the downstairs unit was not reaching the desired temperature. When I called for someone to figure out the problem and fix it, they were very flexible in scheduling someone at my convenience. Turned out there was some "door" in the upstairs unit that was not secured and when it broke contact with the unit, it caused a problem. I gave a B for Punctuality because I assumed they would arrive for the installation first thing in the morning, and it was mid-morning by the time they came.

All went well!
Description of Work: Every spring and fall, Hal Watson Air Conditioning come out to make sure the A/C and heaters are tuned properly. It is one set price for both, per year.
