They came in to look for the problem as scheduled and gave us the quote. The price is reasonable , yet we decided to go with another plumber. Overall, they are very knowledgeable, punctual, and good customer service. We would keep them if we have future bigger project as they are capable for it.

I sent an email to FM1960 Plumbing and Air Conditioning on Sunday morning when we discovered water leaking through our ceiling hoping to get a response on Monday morning. Instead I received a phone call less than 5 minutes later assuring me that they would schedule us as early as possible on Monday morning. I got a phone call Monday morning that Perry was on his way. He checked everything out and discovered a nail in a pipe in the attic. The repair was made by noon. Thank you for prompt and courteous service.

Called to get a running toilet repaired. The gentleman arrived on time and took care of the matter in less than 30 min. Very personable but also a good technician. Not an outrageous price, it's a plumbing job so you know you're going to pay up, but it was about what I expected.

They came when they said they would. Explained what he was doing and why. He found the problem within 20min. after another outfit spent two hours and never did find the leak. He didn't have the part but brought the part the next day, installed it, tested it and cleaned up the shower just like new. He was really great.

Lowest price of all estimates received, in some cases much less. Job required cutting into paneling which was done with care and precision by Perry, the technician (plumber). Perry also put the cut out piece back in such a way as to make it almost unnoticeable. One plumber contacted said we would need to get a carpenter for this. The job required the gas to be shut off. When complete, Perry relit the pilot light on the water heater (our only pilot light) without being requested to do so. In summary, the job was done on time, for the price quoted (less senior and Angie's list discount), by a courteous and considerate professional plumbing technician (Perry) who treated my house like it was his house, with no leftover mess. I feel fortunate to have found these people for our plumbing job and recommend them very highly.

I needed a plumber for my elderly father. He is trying to get his house ready for sale as he downsizing. He was so pleased with the owner operator. He was on time and was fair with his pricing. I will be using this plumber in the near future, since he services my area also. Do not hesitate to use this provider.

I called at appropriately noon and a plumber was here at 2:30. He took about 1 hour to clean out (roto root) the line and the invoice was just a simple charge for service. No BS add-on's (i.e., trip charge, fuel charge, minimum time). He cleaned up when he was done and was polite and considerate.

It went well, except the installer has to dome back out twice to fix one of the plungers for the sink stopper.

They were satisfactory in every way but I wished he would have gone a little farther in repairing the faucets. I had one I thought should be repaired but they told me it was not necessary. Their price was a little high.

1960 Plumbing & AC came out to repair a part in my air conditioning unit. The part was defective and blew out the next month. While I was charged $150 for the second call (after paying $200 for the first call), they were very quick to arrive and replaced the part very rapidly. I would give the repairman, Andy, an A--but I was a bit frustrated at having to pay so much for a problem that was due to a defective part. Still, I have had no problems with the replacement. This was my first experience with this company, and it's quite possible my rating would be higher with more familiarity.

Planned to call them this week to install new sinks and faucets.

He did a great job. The price was reasonable. It did take him awhile to get the part, but he kept us updated on the delay. He did a great job. We like what he does.

I called Thursday night after another angies list plumber was here and totally messed the job up. I called Mike at 7pm and he answered the phone and was polite and most helpful. The following morning at 9 am I called him back to see if he could send someone to replace the valve. He asked when I was availible and set a time that afternoon. When perry his man arrived he was very polite and helpful. Instead of replacing the valve he tried to save me some money by fixing the one in the wall. after a good effort he told me it had to go. He replaced the old one in no time . He was always smiling and and making me feel totally at ease. When he was done he cleaned the mess up including what the other plumber left behind. The price was exactly what Mike told me it would be. I would highly recommend them to anyone in fact I did later that night to my neighbor. Am very thankful after my first go round with angies list that I found Mike. Will use him again for other jobs with confidence.

Called them on a Thursday late afternoon. They said they would come by by 10 AM the next morning to give a free estimate. Perry arrived at 10:10, looked it over, and proceeded with the repairs. The repairs took less than an hour. A joint at the meter and possibly some pipe had to be replaced. The busted plastic joint was replaced with a brass joint. Perry was polite, professional, and answered what questions I had without trying to sell me anything else. The price charged was 65% of what the other company I contacted gave as an estimate.

We felt the cost for the work was fair and we appreciated their promptness and attention to all the details. They arrived promptly and completed the work timely.

Phillip worked me into his busy schedule within a couple of days. He did a great job, I'm very pleased.
