They were quick and efficient. I would hire them again. I requested a quote for additional work and have not received that yet.

Lynn responded promptly to my request for a quote through the Angie's List website. She handled everything very professionally. The day of service, Rick and Lynn did a great job and were very pleasant to have at our home. Their pricing was very competitive and I liked that they did not charge a convenience fee if I wanted to use a credit card. I will use them again in the future.

Company attempted to double bill for simple faucet installation. $175 for faucet portion only and then later added about $85 more for labor for installing supply lines (value $10 to $20). Any other reasonable and accredited plumber will not charge double for labor on a faucet install. What is the point of faucet installation without installing supply lines? Avoid their service. Very disappointed with their sketchy billing practices. Should have researched first that they are not an accredited plumbing company with the BBB.

They responded (to my Angie's List) quote request (same day) and called to assess details on the scope of work. They provided a telephone estimate for the work and offered an installation opening within the next business day. Both the price & availability were very acceptable and I agreed to the service. I received a courtesy call approximately 1 hour prior to the arrival of the service techs. The team (Perry & John) were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, informative and efficient. They kept me informed of their progress, addressed all of the installation requirements, tested / verified their installations, and cleaned up the kitchen / sink area completely after they finished. They detected a couple of additional (minor) plumbing items and addressed them as part of the overall scope of work. The entire job was completed within 1 & 1/2 hours. I highly recommend FM 1960 Plumbing (also doing business as Priority 1 Plumbing & Air Conditioning) and will definitely use them again when future plumbing needs arise.

Great experience with these guys! They were on time and very professional. They were also very efficient. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be who I call!

Do not use this company. Company keeps customers waiting for hours on hours telling them them are on next on the schedule. After numerous hours and various phone calls, company states they are no longer able to make it to the location. People take off work and schedule their day around service companies. Buyer beware

Perry was punctual and very knowledgeable, he explained the problem and solution while he worked to loosen up the hot water valve and repair the leaking faucet. I was impressed with his work and the time it took to resolve the issues. Priority 1 Plumbing and AC will be the one I call and recommend to family and friends.

Determined drain/pipes from washing machine had come out slightly and fittings needed tightening.

I had called another company to get an estimate and really it only needed a new spicket and a the part it connects to. He told me the whole thing needed to be replaced and it was going to be $1300 and I said no I don't want to do that. I told my husband before I call the other company back I wanted to get more estimates. I called F M 1960 to come out they came with in the next day or two. I asked him if he was going to charge me a service fee if I don't go with them if I don't like the estimate. He told me that if I can come out when I'm free when my schedules not full than I wont charge you a service fee. But if you need me to actually write you down on the book than I'll have to charge you. I said well fine no problem. But they ended up coming the next day or so anyways. They came out I told them what was wrong, they already had all the parts and they charged me $300 bucks, and we told him what the other company was going to charge and he said absolutely not. I mean they did everything, and not only that they insulated it they wrapped it, I got a new lever its all modernized everything and all cool no service fee. It took about 40 minutes it that. The very next week I had an issue messing around with the tub something broke and water was leaking all weekend long. They came out right away they don't come out on the weekends but came out first thing Monday morning fixed it fixed everything they just don't fix the hot water they fix everything. $150. I recommend them to other people.

Awesome work!! I ended up needed three toilets repaired (two were leaking and the other had a part misplaced). Explained every step of the way- answer all my questions and very professional. Was done within an hour or so.

They had what was needed with them to do the repair and were very neat and clean.

they showed up and assessed and repaired the part. stopped the leaking and noticed three other problems with the toilet which had repair done to it twice within the last month by another plumbing company.

Fixed problem before they ever explained the price, not very professional. Total $175 to change two gaskets and clean off cartridge way expensive.

Perry came at the the appointed time and after reviewing the problem, went about fixing it. He explained in detail what the problem was and opted for the most economical solution. I highly recommend Perry.

They kept my tenant informed of their status before they arrived and called me after the work was completed .

Perry was prompt and polite. Flushed the water heater, gave me some quotes for additional ideas, i.e. Relocating the hot water heater from the attic. Possibly will have that done in the future, will definitely use perry again!

We had called 2 other companies for cost estimates - one estimate was so high we immediately went on, the second company came out and quoted a price that was also quite high for fixing a pinhole in a pvc pipe. When Perry came out, he quoted a reasonable cost estimate and then not only fixed the problem but made the entire pipe configuration more efficient. We have waited several days to make sure that there are no leaks - it seems to be perfect, therefore entering the review. Could not be more pleased!!!

Perry was appreciative that I opened up the wall and provided him space to work. Perry was fast and professional. He also provided us with an estimate for a "hard pipe" permanent fix to the poorly installed AC drain from decades ago. We'll be following through with his recommendation soon so we go another 20 years without a leak. ?

Very professional and knowledgable - they spent time making sure everything was done correctly. They are not cheap - but you get what you pay for in the end. Showed up within the window given - I did call to see when he would be arriving and they called right back.

I called last Friday July 10 and they told me they would showing up between 2 and 3. I called them to find out that I was important enough to be called back. The lady I talked told they would be at my house by 11 am on Monday July 13. Well that didn't happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call three more times to be told again made feel like I wasn't important. I didn't mention to them I was a Disabled Vet should have too. They wouldn't return my phone messages. They would not call back. I would not use them to fix my water hose.
