As stated upon the visit our inspection is just a snapshot of the systems function at the time we were out and I would certainly suggest a follow up inspection next spring (or sooner if cooling issues emerge) to ensure that you are not losing refrigerant as you have had to have some added since moving in. Description of Work: The plumber showed up near the end of the window given me, as he was running behind earlier that day. I only found out he might be late when I called the office. However, once he showed up he removed and replaced both toilets quickly and efficiently. Good service, no problems.

I'm sorry your experience with us was not everything you expected it to be. We always give service priority to customers with ongoing damage potential such as ceiling leaks or pipe breaks which is why this deal contained the provision for us to reschedule as needed and at our discretion. Rest assured that if you called us for a damage potential call you would also receive priority response over a commode installation. I'm glad that we did make it out within the window given even with the delay and I am sorry that our arrival at the latter end of your promised window did not please you. This is actually the reason we give a window and not a set time since we will never know days in advance if and when emergency calls will come in. Description of Work: My primary issue with this company is that they gave my husband an estimated window of arrival and then didn't show up or call to let him know they were behind. He called them after the eta window had passed and they said they'd be there several hours later. I find their lack of communication to be unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. First I would like to apologize for the experience you had with us, as you can tell from our other reviews this is certainly not a typical occurrence. As in any service based industry sometimes jobs take longer than expected or additional repairs are required which were not discussed (or possibly known) during the setting of the call. Bearing that in mind, I do agree with you that we should have called when the appointed time frame was not going to work out as planned. Knowing that we had let you down in this manner, I authorized your technician to double your Angie's List discount on your repairs by way of an apology for our mistake. I checked your ticket and noticed that while he did discount the repairs he did not note the actual cost followed by the discount and will have a discussion with him regarding accurate invoicing. Again I apologize for dropping the ball on this one and we do take these reports seriously. We are currently implementing new software to control and manage our employees time and scheduling and hope that these changes will prevent similar mistakes in the future.
