Paul and Bryan were excellent. They were on time, made the adjustments I needed, and even made return visits at no extra charge when the wall wasn't ready for the mirror to be hung. If you want it done right, you have to pay.

We were very happy with the entire process. When we went to the showroom, Mr. Vandergriff showed us various shower designs and materials and assisted with our selection. The enclosure was custom made and installed in a very prompt manner. The installers (Mike and Tyler) were prompt, courteous and did a great job with the installation. We would definitely return to this company for future needs.

First, I interacted with four different employees during my two purchases and everyone was exceptionally helpful, professional and considerate. Boone is who I dealt with the most and he was very helpful in explaining to my husband and I how to install the metal shower sweep to the bottom of our shower door. He and Dayle also helped provide estimates over the phone for a piece of glass (a 1/2-inch thick 40-inch square piece of glass for our coffee table) and then placed a custom order with the manufacturer. I thought the pricing was good when compared to other glass companies I called. Also, glass dimensions had to be very accurate and it turned out beautifully. They have a gorgeous showroom which customers should take advantage of so you can see what they have to select from. So, we are very happy. It was refreshing to deal with these considerate folks. They made things easy and seemed to really care about getting our order right and making sure that we were happy with our purchase.

They were really good. They did what we asked them to do. There was one problem but they showed up and fixed it. They were little on the expensive side but they were good.

Pricing was very competetive. Paul the installer is detail and service driven. It is a pleasure to work with someone who takes pride in the work performed. They are professional, curteous, and pleasent. The quality of the end product exceeded my expectations

These are not chatty people, so don't try to them about your sick grandmother, it's all business. They won't even talk to you unless your bathroom is finished and ready for the glass. At that point, they spring into action. Someone will come and take measurements for the glass, arrived on time exactly, no hanging around waiting. They take your hardware preferences and draw a diagram of what is needed. Next day someone calls with a quote. If you accept it they will take 50% by credit card and your order is on it's way, I think they quoted 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Sure enough 2 weeks later they call and make an appointment to come out to install. Arrived on time, installed the glass perfectly, took a check for the balance and left. In my case the installer left a small area un-calked which I found when I cleaned the glass. Only took one phone call to leave a message and they returned my call quickly to schedule a touch up visit. A VERY professional company that does exactly what they promise for the price they quote.

Our installer, Mike, and his helper were fantastic. They did a great job, were punctual and very friendly. Our mirror looks incredible and we are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. It was a bit of an extra drive from our house in the Heights but well worth the time and effort. We would use deSola again in a heartbeat.

They were good about working with me on scheduling the original visit and the installation around my work schedule. The workman also got my sliding glass door fixed so that it would open easily again. The thief had tried to get in that way first, and the door was not opening and closing properly. He didn't charge me for that, which I thought was very considerate.

They sent two workmen out a few hours after I called. The men were quick, friendly, and professional. They took the broken coffee table top and broken window glass at no charge, offered knowledgeable advice on replacing the coffee table top. In all, it took less than an hour to do the job. I picked up the new glass top at the company's store on Louetta the next day because it was cheaper. All in all, I will do business with this company again. It was a good experience.
