Excellent service, professional work. Prompt and efficient. I had a frameless glass shower installed in 2010. It still looks new. I had a frameless glass shower and mirrors for master bath installed in 2019. Quotes and work were done by the same gentleman. Desola is reasonably priced and does great work. We recently had a custom frameless shower enclosure designed & installed by Desola Glass and are very happy with the process and result. We now have a 3/8" door with a handle/towel bar combo and 1/2" glass surround notched wall over shower seat and return wall. Getting the design and measurements just right was important - and done well. Sales and install manager was very knowledgeable and could provide very valuable tips and advice. Quality product and service!

DeSola Glass came to our house to measure and made sure that the height of the glass was exactly as we wanted it. Also, they took extra care to ensure that the bracket was installed properly into our glass tile work. We recommend DeSola Glass to anyone who has glasswork or framing needs.

We used DeSola to replace glass shower enclosure and while they may have been the most expensive of 3 quotes they were most professional, answered any and all questions, did the work as promised and cleaned up when finished. Installer also gave me his phone number & work email just in case I thought of something after hours - he would get back to me as soon as he could

I have no complaints and would use them again. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and the young man who came out to my house to do the work was very polite and respectful.

DeSola was a pleasure to work with. They were able to schedule a measuring visit promptly after I called. Glenn, the technician, was very professional and helpful. He shared several ideas to save costs. Glenn and Beverly answered several questions I had during the process. The glass was delivered and installed about a week later. It is beautiful and fits perfectly and we are enjoying the streak-proof finish. I will definitely use DeSola in the future.

Visited the show room to get some ideas around what we wanted to do with the master bath shower. Mike schedule a day to visit our home in order to provide an estimate on the cost of the work. Upon receipt of the estimate, chose deSola for the job. Took about 10 business days for deSola to receive the glass and the Diamon Fusion coating to be applied. Mike and his crew arrived as scheduled and the installation occurred as expected. While the price was considered a little high, we love the look of the new enclosure and feel we received value for the money spent. The enclosure continues to be water tight and we are very happy with the quality of the materials and the installation workmanship.

Last week after the severe ice a tree limb went through a window. I called Desola glass and due to the weather they were unable to come out for a couple of days. We were going on vacation so we boarded up the window and on our return made an appointment. They asked the dimensions and quoted for the repair over the phone, The employee arrived ahead of schedule, was polite and professional, installed the new window pane and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

I really did not know what kind of replacement door I wanted but the DeSola person made several suggestions, one of them being very contemporary. I was impressed that he came up with an idea that my decorator did not have. He showed me a picture of how the door would look and went over the measurements with me. I called the office to give them my credit card for the down payment. When the glass was ready, they called back, we set up a time for delivery. DeSola team arrived early, put the glass in quickly, explained to me how to clean it and even answered some other "glass" questions that I had. Later that day I received an email with the cleaning instructions in writing. Great service.

It went very well and I am very impressed with their professionalism. After the glass was replaced, they even cleaned the window next to the broken one.

Called up the company, phone call was pleasant and to the point. Set up time to come take measurements and give an estimate. They arrived on time, did their thing, and gave me the quote right there. When I was ready I called and set an appointment for them to come do the work. Again, they arrived on time, did their thing, cleaned up and left. No hassle, great work, great price. The guys who came out (same guy both for quote and work) were super friendly, seem like really good people. If I ever need more glass work, I'll definitely be returning to Desola.
