I found DeSola using Angie's List for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised when their representative was ready a half hour before my appointment time! The gentleman was courteous and professional. He completed the window replacement quickly and even cleaned up the mess the kids had made. I was very impressed!

The team from DeSola Glass was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. From the consultative beginning when we searching for the right fit and look until the services were completed, we found DeSola Glass to be knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. The onsite showroom provided us with plenty of choices, and the selection process & scheduling were easy. Dayle & Mike walked us through the process, set proper expectations, and followed through after the installation. It was literally first class customer service and a quality deliverable.

deSola set up an appointment time to come measure and give an estimate. The gentlemen showed up on time and measured the window. They explained that the dimensions were not usually something they stocked, but they would call into their warehouse and check. After they confirmed they had none in stock, they said they would order it and recommended an upgrade from the single pane we had to double pane which would be just a few dollars more. They called me when the window came in and set up a time to install it. The same gentlemen showed up for the install, again on time. They were very pleasant, professional, and courteous. I would recommend deSola for their glass replacement work.

I am happy with the doors and the installation. Mike had promised earlier that if I wanted to get a grab bar for the guest shower, he would install it for me, and he did do that. Bonus points! Overall, I liked the experience and the doors look great and perform well. UPDATE...Soon after installation, I noticed one corner of a sliding door had a small part of a corner broken off. Not sure when it happened. Called Dayle and he sent Mike right out. He came and saw the door and said they would get me a new one. And they did. About 10 days later the new door was installed. Very happy about that.

The installation of job was excellent. The installers were prompt and on time for the installation.They were courteous and definitely experts in their field. There were no problems with the door it was a perfect fit.The installers were very neat and cleaned up all debris. I have no problems with using De Sola Glass again for other projects.

The company representative called me when the mirror was ready to be installed and I made an appointment for the next Friday I was free. The gentlemen came right on time. They removed the old mirrror which was screwed into the walled and glued the new mirror in place. They also added clear caulking at the bottom of the mirror so there wouldn't be any gaps. The entire process took about a half an hour and they were very professional, friendly and neat.

I called Desola Glass on the phone and gave Dale the measurements and got a approximate estimate. He sent out his installer who came and measured and gave me all the options that I could choose. Dale called me the next day with a firm bid. I chose the showerguard glass and chose a upgraded handle. It took about three weeks for the glass to arrive and be installed but it was worth the wait. The installation was very professional and they were very polite and careful not to damage the new tile shower and surrounding area.I could tell Desola Glass knows what they are doing and would not hesitate to use them again

We called Desola Glass about a large 85 inch by 42 inch bathroom mirror that was coming away from the wall. We first spoke to Boone who gave us some advice and said he would send someone to assess the problem. Two business days later Paul arrived in the specified time frame and told us we would need to have the mirror taken down as the adhesive holding it to the wall had not been applied correctly by the house builders four years ago. The adhesive had not properly spread, was in globs and could not be removed without damaging the mirror. We ordered a replacement of similar size and a week later had a phone call asking us to set up a time for removal of the old and installation of the new. Paul and a companion arrived just ten minutes into the two hour time frame, completed the work quickly and efficiently with no mess. We are very satisfied with Desola's work and service.

I had a sliding shower door and a single door installed in my two bathrooms. I got quotes from 3-4 different companies and prices were were all within $50 of each other. The reason I went with De Sola was the good reviews on Angie's List and responsiveness. I'm at work all day so I really appreciated being able to communicate via email. Doors were installed in a workmanlike manner and they appear to be of quality build. The one thing I was a little disappointed about was that I explained to the contractor when he came for the estimate that I was having an issue with water dripping on the floor from the drip rail when I opened the door. He assured me that this would not happen with the new doors. I am now having the same problem with the new door. I did some research online, and this is a common issue with glass doors. The only solution is to use a squeegee to take the water out of the rail after showering.

They are a local area company. The price was very good. They had to come back to fix something but they were good to their word and they did a good job. We will use them again.

They were great to work with. The prices were in line. They were prompt. They were there exactly when they said they would be there. I would highly recommend them. The quality of work, responsiveness, and punctuality were excellent. I would use them in the future.

Very well. 'To be' installer was sent to measure and assess details - size, faux mutton arrangement, extent and type of tinting. Arrived on time and quickly assessed what was needed. Appreciate that the installer is sent to do this and responsible for what is ordered. De Sola contacted me next day with estimate and let me know when they should be able to install. De Sola contacted me once window was received and arranged time to replace. Installers were fast and cleaned up after themselves. New window matched perfectly. One interesting item, installer brought the wrong ladder to install window and was prepared to drive back for the correct one. I lent him mine and he discounted the job $20. This is my second experience with De Sola. They are extremely easy to work and experience from estimate to installation is excellent. They keep me informed on status of order and listen to concerns. Installer's know their business - measurement, estimates, and installation are without an issue.

We did not end up using Desola for our seamless shower door but we want to share what a wonderful experience it was in working with them. They did not carry a color of door handle that could match our fixtures yet their response and help to us was such a rare thing.. Boone, especially, was so great to work with as he worked hard to find us alternatives. He called manufactures, did searches, and even looked into using another fabricator to accommodate our needs. He called and kept us updated as to what he had found that might work and even helped us in learning how to paint the handles. We were disappointed not to be able to use them in the end but we gained much in dealing with them for they restored our faith that there are businesses who care. We cannot say enough about these people. We will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone interested in quality work, performed by first class people.They define "service"! Thank you, Desola.

They were very professional during the initial visit to give us an estimate. Measured the window and gave us approximate time for manufacturing of the glass and installation. They were spot on. When they same up to install the window, everything went smooth. Glass was fitting very well. They took good care of the surroundings in the bathroom. Made sure that everything was left clean after the installation. Fantastic job!

Very professionally performed and organized to ensure quality. Cost was due in large part to height of shower glass (9 feet) and the width of the shower door that required a double door installation. This was part of a master bath upgrade. The mirrors were chosen from catalogue, but installed by deSola. The table top was stock also and very straight forward. However, attended to detail for both - asking how mirrors should be aligned and leveling table top with clear plastic shims. Installer is sent to measure for custom shower glass to help ensure order is correct - good process to ensure accountability. Measurements were done only after tile was laid to ensure accuracy. Installer made recommendations, but left decisions to us. For instance, where glass would be placed and type of hardware. The installer was very knowledgable and related examples of other installations. After measuring the size of the door opening and given the glass height/weight, deSola also recommended a 2-door/double door enclosure to manage the weight of the glass for the size of the opening. deSola checks the glass when they receive it, to ensure no marks or scratches in transit. The had to send one of our pieces back and get it re-fabricated. About 3 weeks from order/measurement to delivery/installation. The installation took about 3 hours including hanging the mirrors and leveling the table. The installer worked with us installing the plastic door sweeps and 'weather stripping' to maximize the effectiveness of the stripping without detracting from the glass enclosure. Installation was perfect - glass pieces met at top and bottom and seams between doors and glass were even. deSola warrants their work for one year and promised to return if we were dissatisfied with installation or wanted to adjust how/where stripping was placed.

The company charges $150/hr timed from shop to job site and return. They informed me of the cost before scheduling the work. I had three 3 x 4 leaded glass mirrors to be secured on the master bathroom walls. The bottom of one mirror needed to be repaired and it was taken to the shop, repaired and later secured to the wall. The 2 men arrived on time and worked efficiently. The work cost more than expected, but I am happy. They did a beautiful job and guarantee their work.

I found the company on Angie's List and sent an email asking if they custom cut mirrors. I received a reply in a timely fashion and a few emails later I had ordered the mirrors and arranged for installation. The installers came as promised, called before they arrived, and were in and out in no time. My mirrors are perfectly installed and clean.

The job was fast, clean and a great experience. I was so impressed I asked for a quote for a frameless shower door because I trust their work. I intend on using them for all my glass needs.

I called Desola up and left a message with a receptionist but did not receive a call back. I called back a week later and received an apology. After that, the service I received from Desola was very good and professional. I arranged for someone to come out to give me a quote, and the Desola employee (who also later installed the windows) and his apprentice came promptly at the arranged time and inspected the windows. The employee was able to see that the sealer between the original windows was not the best and the likely cause for the original windows to fog up. I received a call back from Desola later that day with the quote and was able to arrange for a Saturday installation a couple weeks later. Again, the installer was prompt and professional and had the three windows installed in a little over an hour.

It went very well. I called Desola Glass at 6 PM the night before and they came out and fixed the window the first thing the next morning. They were very responsive, curteous and cleaned up where you couldn't tell they were even there. I will definitely call them for any repair I would need that this company could help me with. It is so hard to get a company to just return our phone calls and Desola Glass not only handled our situation immediately, they went above and beyond our expectations. This company offers first class service at a competitive rate.

With the exception of the price, that was a bit more that I have expected, I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism & friendliness. I asked for a few quotes and they were the cheapest. After selecting them they came on time to take measurements but have to postpone the job to fix the shower walls. After the shower walls were fixed they came again to remeasure just in case. The Installation went very smoothly and now our shower looks gorgeous!

Installer arrived on time at 10:00 am after coming out the day before to measure and provide a quote. Glass window is a large arched decorative that sits high above another window in the dining room. Installer was efficient and polite. Explained the process of removal and installation prior to beginning work. Was completed in less than an hour. Brought all the tools he needed and was very friendly. Would use them again!

We needed to replaced out large bathroom mirror during our bathroom remodel so we went to DeSola and spoke with Chris in framing and she found the perfect solution by framing a beveled mirror that would stretch the length of our bathroom counter. The color-scheme was right on target.

My wife and I visited their incredible showroom to check out DeSola's displays of shower doors and window glass. Boone, who was the representative that day, made suggestions about having one side of the shower open as opposed to both sides. An installer was sent out the next week to measure our recently remodeled shower as well as install the new bathroom window. Several weeks later we hired DeSola to install the shower door. I took photos of the entire process and was very impressed with the quality of workmanship as well as the knowledge of the installers.They cleaned up their mess and I was so pleased I gave them a tip. We love our new shower and especially the new shower door(s). No wonder they've been in business for over 25 years!
