The inspector came out on time and was very professional. He walked us through the inspection and made a great recommendation for "pest proofing" the home. He was incredibly thorough and we really appreciated the time he took to explain to us what he was looking for and any potential issues. Not only will we be using BioTech for our pest control needs in the future. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Company gave us a great estimate cost-wise and implementation strategy, better than other firms we evaluated. They installed a mosquito system around our house in a way that was unobtrusive and effective. They installed it in a reasonable amount of time and were available for questions, information that i had post install. Highly recommend!

Great! We've been using Bio-Tech for a couple of years. They are very nice and professional. They do "guaranteed once a year pest control." If you have insect problems anytime during the year, they come out and treat again at no charge. We do sometimes have problems toward the end of the year when the chemicals start wearing off. But they've come out quickly at no charge to spray again and been very nice about it. And for the most part, the treatment really does take care of the insects. They also do termite prevention for us. I'm not sure how their prices compare to others. They aren't cheap, but then it's only once a year, and they do a good job. The stuff they use is a little irritating for a few hours, but fine by the next day, and is safe for our cats. I also appreciate that they make every effort to keep our house clean and not mess it up. And this last time around, I asked the guy to spray around the shed in our backyard, too, and he very kindly did so, even though it's not really included in the treatment plan. They're a great company!

Three services are very good and they are very dependable.

If anything happens, they come out to re spray for bugs. They are very thorough. They are willing to listen to you if you think you are having a problem. They are very knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the fact that they didn’t give up and they didn’t overcharge me for it. They charged me a onetime fee to put their own trap, but when the trap didn’t catch the raccoon they kept coming back, moving around and putting it in different places. They did all kinds of spraying up in the attic with different chemicals that they didn’t charge me for. They absolutely persisted until they caught that raccoon. Ultimately, they attached a trap to my roof right outside where the raccoon was coming in and out. It took several weeks and this was a crafty raccoon, but they did not give up. They were always polite and even did a little extra for me. They laid rat traps all around in the attic just in case we had any other pests up there and didn’t charge me for those. They were outstanding. They did a lot more worth of work than what they charged.

When I called Bio-Tech, they were very thorough and professional over the phone. They explained their process and answered all my questions. I must say I was quite impressed with a company that stated they could perform once a year pest control. I had never heard of that and was excited to use them. I even received a discount because I was calling during the slow time of the year. The exterminator showed up on time and took his time outside and inside the home. On the outside, he killed an ant bed or two and we have no problem with the outside of the home. The inside of the home is another story. For about three weeks, we didn't see any live bugs. After that time, we would occasionally see spiders and other small, unknown bugs. I called and explained to them what I was seeing and within a few days they were out again to retreat the home. (So much for once a year treatment!) Fast forward another couple of months and I am now in the process of hiring a new pest control company. I have been very disappointed with the treatment. I am still seeing bugs (not always dead) and while I may call to let them know about decision not to utilize their services, I probably won't have them come back out. I keep a clean home (i.e. food isn't left out, crumbs are not throughout the home, cleaning is done weekly, etc.) so it is a bit frustrating to see creepy crawlers at least once a week. We recently spoke with a neighbor regarding an exterminating service he uses and we will be calling them.

The treatment went very well. The technician showed up on time, explained everything, and was efficient in the application of the treatment. We have noticed no issues with insects in the week since the treatment.

It was GREAT!!! I chose several Pest Control Ccompanies from Angie's list and I spoke to people who have had work done. I have heard horrible stories! I also had a company come out 8 years ago to give an estimate to PreTreat and they told me $2-3K!!! So I never had it done as that was a lot for a first time home owner for a pretreat "maybe" type investment. Well I got them and I got them in the worst way - they came in through my daughters wall over her bed. I really like the reviews on Bio-Tech and something said just call. I was very skeptical and not sure what to expect; especially after my boss spent 2 hours the day before explaining to me how to treat them myself as Pest Controls are such a rip off... He is a Geophysicist & extremely knowlegeble so I trusted him. I called and I spoke to Dena. Dena was very nice and did not come off as a sales person but just a friend on the phone. Giving me detailed information on anything I wanted to know. I felt comfortable and asked for a Tech to come out and give me the estimate. Unfortunately they were booked for two weeks. I was almost in tears because it was in my Daughters room and I felt comfortable enough to at least see what BioTech had to say. All of a sudden Dena asked if I wouldnt mind holding on. She came back on the line and she spoke to the schedulers to see if there was any way to get someone out asap. She got me on the schedule!!! Shane came out and gave the estimate and he was very personable and pleasant personality. This also made it easier to invite him in my home to se my Daughters damage in the wall. Shane gave me a very resonable estimate and I felt sure he was very honest. I could only afford the "SPOT" Treatment but wanted the full treatment. I called back and spoke to Dena and told her I was having a hard time deciding as I could not afford much. Dena explained the difference and made some key points that I had not thought of and was for sure I covered everything with Shane - he was thourough as well. Dena made sense and I felt extremely comfotable with the Company and team they had. I am very hard to please and expect allot for not too much. :) I also needed a Flea treatment on my yard. I needed both!!! I mentioned this to Dena and she gave e a discount on the Termite treatment and Flea treatment - together or seperate a discount! Fair enough I decided to bite the bullett and do it all. Dena's key points, knowledge and plesantpersonality made it all possible. Shane is the Best & so glad he went out of his way to come out all the way from Pasadena (I believe - far) just to be the type of Honest Inspector I wish all companies had. When it was time to do the work; well actually there's more.... There were no appointments for the weekend as I wanted to be there for this extensive job. I booked it for a Friday but felt extremely uncomfortable having it done while I was not home because it's extensive work. Dena put me on a cancellation list and a call list if they add extra techs for Saturday. The added a tech and called me back! I was very happy and Michael came out to do the work. He had the same personality as Shane and Dena and was very nice and eager to do the job. He let me know what was going to happen and was very professional. He worked very hard and fast - I was amazed and he started at 8:30 or and finished before 11 AM. That was super fast!!! I hope he got every spot! :) Everything seems fine but you cannot see those little pests. Either way it's good for a year and I can have them retreat at any time for both services. Shane is coming back this Saturday to reat the yeard for Fleas and he will also check the Termite work and peal the tape off my daughters wall that I am too chicken to remove. :) I 100% recommend Bio-Tech Pest Control and was very Blessed to have found them. I have an annual contract with them. I've been using them for seven years. If I ever see anything they come back out and do it for free. They guarantee their work. They're very good. All of their stuff is safe. I rarely see roaches. They're trustworthy, and they keep their staff. I highly recommend them.

Their work is guaranteed for a full year. They are pet and kid friendly and I have not seen a bug since. I will use them again in the future.

If I have any problem throughout the year, they come fix the problem free of charge. However, I think their price is very high, but its worth it. They are very kind people to work with. They also go above and beyond in their work. I know that if you have allergies that they will be spray farther away from the house so it won't effect them. They also call you the day before to make sure you remember the appointment which I like. They always give me a two hour time frame in which they are going to come, and they always have the job done before the time frame is up.

They come out first and make an assessment and do a draw up of the plan. They are tremendous. They never makes messes. They are reasonably priced. They have been in business 17 years and never had a complaint.

I found Bio-Tech on Angie's List. I have used them for termite treatment for a rental property I own and they have done a good job. They were very responsive to my phone call and communicated well with me and the tenant on service to be provided and appointment times. The price is competitive for the service provided.

I haven't had them come out again, so they have been doing a good job for us. I have been doing them for two years. They come out and treat the whole house and we can call them again if we need them. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were professional and helpful on the phone. The rep offered to follow up the call by forwarding additional information via email, which she did immediately. The rates are competitive. I am still gathering quotes and scheduling appointments, but they are definately a company I will call back in this process.

Worth every penny. Have used them in the past for general pest control, and knew that they would serve us well for getting rid of rodents. Just called them again today, because new critters are digging up the beds again. The office staff are always courteous, professional, and make an extra effort to get you scheduled as soon as possible. I will continue to use them, knowing they do a tremendous job.

they were responsive immediately to my initial call. Art came out to do an initial inspection. It was clear he was very experienced. He diagnosed the situation, pointed out where the squirrels had damaged the roof line, explained their program and provided an estimate. After I authorized the work, they arranged the next visit to place cage traps outside and snap traps in the attic. They came back frequently to check traps and remove animals. All staff were courteous and very mindful of cleanliness when entering the home. On several occasions, the cage traps weren't set properly and I reset them but that wasn't an issue for me. We were very happy overall with the experience and the results were good. They also provide a one year warranty for this service and $25 off for using Angies List.

They sounded good. I had a lot of problems. They eventually solved the problems but not without me going through complains first. Because their techian didn't find the problem right away. They had one good guy. They should have sent him out sooner. They had on good person, I hate to give them a bad grade but, yet he told me he's leaving. My overall grade is a B. Price is good. I don't know know if I would use them again.
