Jason was thorough and respectful of my home! He went above and beyond and treated specific issues. He made sure he didn’t miss any room or area of the house. Would 100% use them again!

They put me on a standby list and called me to say an opening had come up/ I told them I would take it. They came when they said they would be there and called when on the way to let me know. Everyone I have spoken to at this company is friendly, helpful and professional. The techs that came out were very knowledgable and answered all my questions and some I had not thought of. I will and have recommended them.

The team spent 30 minutes or so looking for Carpenter Ants and did not find any. No extermination necessary, and they did not charge for the inspection. We also got a very extensive and professional explanation of the how to detect and prevent carpenter ants. The next time we need any kind of extermination service I am calling these guys!

Reps arrived punctually, assessed situation and offered a solution which solved the problem. They sealed all areas of entry and warranted their their work.

We did not use them. From what I could tell, they would do a jam up job, but they were the Cadillac series of pest control companies. For the things they were going to do, I would have to sink a chunk of chain into them. I'm sure of the quality. They have good ratings, and that is why I looked carefully at them on Angie's List. They had a lot of great reviews. They guy who came out to do the quote was super nice and super professional. I would use them if financially that was an priority for me. They came out and did a good job. They walked the yard and stuff. I appreciate the time they took to give me an bid. The bid was fair, but I chose not to use them. Everything I asked them to do, they did it for me. My wife and I just built an house and it was not in terms for us to use their services. I don't want them to get ding on the fact that it wasn't an priority for us financially for us.

Very professional, but a little bit pricey. They can spend more time in looking for the pest, the bug area, under the patio and the front porch area.

Everything went great. The literature they provided explained their product and method they used to eliminate and keep termites away in the future. The price did not seem exorbitant like some other methods. We purchased the initial treatment plus a four year additional warranty. They offered a ten percent discount for each year of the extended warranty period.

It was a kind of complicated problem but I felt like they could have been a little more thorough at the beginning.

We love them. They are local to use. They come out once a year. We've used them every year since we moved here. They are great.

Crew was very professional and did a great job with rodent control. Explained what they did and how it works to control rodents from entering the structure.

I'm not entirely sure what was going on here. We have renters in our house. According to the renters they saw a rat outside. The renters had another company come out to inspect. They put out traps and killed one rat outside. The company gave them the all clear, there didn't appear to be any more signs of rats. We have a management company that looks after the house. They had Bio Tech come out. According to biotech's website they give referral fees. Supposedly Art, from biotech came out. My management company called me told me there were rat droppings in the attic, garage and outside. They wanted me to pay 995.00. I asked to personally speak with Art. He was very rude and disrespectful. I immediately ended the phone call. I spoke with my renters and according to them none of what biotech claimed was true. So, NO rat droppings in attic, garage or outside. I'm not sure if the inspector and my management company know one another and someone was going to get a kick back on work that wouldn't be done or needed. I would never trust this company.

We've been on an annual contract with Bio-Tech since 2013. They are very thorough and we've had no problem whatsoever with bugs. My wife has asthma and they use chemicals that don't give her a problem. We're very satisfied with them.

Terrible! They inspected the house and I never heard back from them until sometime in early June when I received a phone call demanding payment stating that I have been overdue for payment. I told them that I never received a statement or a report of inspection. Also since my inspector has brought them along I was under the impression that they were getting paid by him. I said I would clarify and contact them. My inspector said that he has not paid them. I emailed them immediately and asked them what form of statement they would accept and also asked for the report. They said they would not give the report until they are paid. Then they sent me a nasty email with underlined statements claiming that they had emailed me previously. That was absolutely untrue. They also said they would accept payment over the phone. I asked them to call. They called and I made the payment over the phone and received the inspection report. I found this company to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never use them again.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They made rodent control almost a pleasant thing to deal with. The techs are all very nice and prompt and professional, the customer service people are some of the nicest I have spoken with, and their technology system allows appointment reminders by email. Also, because I needed to pay a carpenter to expertly repair several rodent holes, they came down some on their price to allow for the fact that that area would not need to be sealed. I also was happy that they agreed to transfer the 1-year warranty to the new homeowners as we are in the process of selling our house. All-in-all, I loved this company far more than I ever expected to love a rodent-removal company! Angie's List has certainly allowed me to find the winners and this company is awesome.

They do a perfectly fine job, I think a little bit on expensvie side but always been very responsive about doing any retreats. I am generally happy with the overall.

Very pleased with results. After trying another company without desired results, we went back to BIoTech which we had used a few years ago. No more insect problems after the one spray. As technician was doing spray, he asked us what areas he should put extra/ focus on. Company called later to see how things were going. Technician was informative and offered us advice and answered questions.
