I used them through Angie's List. I haven't had a problem so far since then. I knew what the problem was and they treated that specific problem. I didn't have a problem after that.

A skunk took up residence in a hole it dug by the foundation of the house. Two cages were set up and baited with grape jelly. I don't know if the skunk wanted peanut butter with the jelly, but there was never any sign that the skunk even approached the bait (some of the jelly was spread around leading a trail to the cage..this wasn't touched). After a week I filled the hole in by the foundation and since the bait had gone untouched bait, Raymond came out and removed the cages..on time as promised. With respect to the service, each time that service needed to be provided, an appointment was set, Raymond, "the critter whisperer" called to confirm he was on his way and was ALWAYS on time. I have found this to be true of the technicians who come out for my regular pest control service as well.

We were urgently need to find a termite inspector to look at a home property we are about to purchase, and couldn't find anyone, but Bio Tech have certified termite inspector to save the day. Due to the time constraint, Bio Tech willing to work with us to set a time for the inspector to come out and making sure they will call us ahead of time, so we can take off work to be there at the same time without any delay. Our technician Art, no just puncture, he make sure we know what time he would be there and in fact turned up early of time to help us. By the time we arrive there, he already started to look around the property inspected the outside structure of any termite or pest damages. My husband was very impressed of the professionalism and knowledge that Art has, also his knowledge of how to control certain area. He also pointed out the area we need to pay attention and making sure we take note of it. It was an wonderful experience working with Art from Bio Tech.

The technician showed up at the scheduled time, and went right to work spraying the exterior. Once that was done, he moved to the interior. He answered all my questions intelligently and coherently. Once the inside spraying was completed, he stated that he would move into the attic to disperse a powdered chemical. All in all, he was here a relatively short time, but was very thorough. Unfortunately, once he had left, I realized that he had forgotten to access the attic, and disperse that powdered chemical. I called the office, and explained the situtation; they told me that they could get back here within five days to complete the work. True to their word, the technician arrived on Sept. 30, and did the attic work. Only after he had left, did I remember the small attic space above our addition, and had neglected to point that out to the technician. So, this year when they return to spray, I will be certain to point out that space, so that no area is left untreated. I do not fault Bio Tech for missing that second area, as the access panel is not where you would expect it, and it was my responsibility to point it out anyways! It is not connected to the original attic, and therefore, was easy to miss; fact is, I missed it myself! Over the course of the past nine months, I have not found any pests inside the house, with exception of a couple of roaches that sneaked in when I had left the back door open! Of course, the pests OUTSIDE have returned, as the company cannot guarantee the outdoors to be pest-free! The quantity of outdoor pests has, fortunately, been significantly mitigated by the Biot Tech treatment, and the chemicals used do not seem to have deterred the beneficial insects, such as the bees and butterflies that I welcome each year! If only I could "mitigate" the spiders! I realize that they are of some benefit, but I hate to walk through their webs in the dark each morning when taking the dog out! I do recommend Bio Tech as an honest and reasonable alternative to fighting the pests yourself. I have recommended Bio Tech to my neighbors.

We were in the process of purchasing a home in a very wooded community and wanted to make sure there were no termites. Bio tech worked with us to schedule a time that was convenient for the home owner, the inspector and myself. They were punctual, organized, professional, etc. At my request, they left additional information so that we could select a maintenance program that would suit us. No pressure. I would definitely recommend them again. Thorough, and professional at every level.

We have had a time with German roaches and a couple other breeds of these pesky nuisances. We have tried everything we could possibly think of. Nothing worked. They came and sprayed inside thoroughly as well as outside of the house and then came back two weeks later to place bait in certain problem areas. I was not sure if anything would ever work but I wanted to try as there was also a 1 year guarantee and if they come back in the meantime they will come back until they are gone. As far as cost, its a little higher than traditional quarterly pest control we had but that wasnt working so I feel the expense was justified. I am very happy with the service and the outcome. I would hihgly recommend their services. All of the technicians were very knowledgeable and explained all they were doing during the process.

Bio-Tech Pest Control Inc trenched around the exterior slab and they drilled and injected treatment along the concrete and the foundation as well as treating two of the porch columns. They also treated along the garden.

The inspector come on time, asked us what it was that we needed and I explained to him that when I was planting flowers in the front yard flower bed we dug up what appeared to be termites, also that I had to have a section of back fence replaced because it fell down because termites had eaten part of the post, he checked the exterior house foundation and the backyard, he was done quickly and when he was ready to leave, he let me know that he was done.

BioTech is supposed to come back in one month to inspect the bait feeder units. So far, no additional rats have been observed.

They were very timely and just did a very good job. Their price was reasonable and they were very nice to work with. I felt very comfortable with them in my house.

The owner of Bio-Tech was really good about making sure he sent his best men out to take care of the fleas and spiders. He would also follow up with phone calls afterwards. If I still lived there, I would continue using Bio-Tech. They were a little pricey, but the products they used were not harmful to my cats and environmentally friendly.

Flea infestation attacked cats. Inside treatment did not fix problem first time, so we graduated to outside and inside (second treatment) and now have an annual contract. So far, so good--no fleas.

The bugs and critters are bigger in Texas! We moved here from Illinois in 2011. We live next to a protected forest preserve.....the animals are more than happy to live there! I found Bio-Tech through Angie's List (and a new neighbor). We had critters (that were supposed to have been removed per the previous owners) in our attic. I called Bio tech - The came out gave a higher estimate than others but the one year guarantee had me not looking any where else. The first time the sealed up all the holes (which was supposed to be done by previous owner) and set traps. They came back a week later got the traps and checked the seals....all was good. I had Bio tech out in August 2011 for a yearly respraying.....the tech checked the traps (nothing!) and the seals...all still good. He sprayed....No more bugs. I have also recommended to several friends who have been very happy!

Very good experience. Bio-Tech came out for free to do the diagnostics and submit a bid. The tech went up in the attic and all around the house evaluating what had been making noise in our attic. The diagnosis: Rats. We were given a written estimate, plus detailed information about how the rats would be trapped and all entry points sealed. I signed the contract, and the Bio-Tech folks came out on 4 scheduled occasions to set traps, remove caught rats and seal up the house. No rats were found (or heard) after the second visit, but BioTech came out a total of 4 times to make sure the traps were clear. We haven't seen any further evidence of rats, but if they come back in the first year, BioTech will come out again at no charge to set and clear traps. After the first year there is a fee. The company was very easy to deal with. Phones are answered promptly and professionally. The service trucks are marked. The techs wore uniforms and name tags. The estimate was in writing, with details specified. The fee was exactly as quoted.

I was extremely impressed by the professional customer service rendered from office staff, to estimator, to the 4 different technicians that visited our home during the course of the treatment. Appointments were arranged and confirmed immediately by email, with reminders sent day prior to service. Technicians called 1 hr prior to arrival to let you know they are on the road. They were extremely punctual and although there were a few minor schedule adjustments those were re-arranged by office staff on the phone a few days before. Also I was impressed by office staff calling 3x to do a satisfaction survey. They have excellent phone skills and are extremely service oriented. Any special requests were happily passed on and arranged. Technicians were extremely polite and very willing to spend time to explain things thoroughly. They were very mindful of cleaning up after themselves (loose insualtion on carpets etc) and very consciencious about wearing booties . Had we found rats caught in the snap traps between scheduled visits they even offered to stop by and remove the dead ones so they don't start smelling - they do have a 40 minute drive to our house, so I was impressed by that too! There is only one thing I would do different- if they could have just had the whole process handled by 1 or 2 people instead of sending a different person each time. You have to explain everything from square one to each different person and one person would have had more of an opportunity to be familiar with the spaces and to evaluate if additional traffic occured. But again, each technician that came by was doing a great job and was very professional. I would hire them again without the slightest hesitation! $600 seems like a lot of $$$$'s but the amount of time they spent overall rectifying the problem, working on the extremly steep roofline it was justified. And had those rats remained in the attic, the damage could have been horrendous (wiring damage etc).

The staff provides excellent customer service. They don't fee like just a service, it is like a great neighbor helping out with a project.
