They are thorough. They do a good job. It was a follow up visit. The treatment was given a few years ago. It was basically to keep the warranty and service. It was not for any treatment; it was for an inspection.

I've used them for 15 years. Jason Titman is the operations manager. They don't do long term contracts and they just call you to remind you. Their service is excellent. They do an annual service instead of quarterly. They are punctual and the people are courteous. They are a small company and their uniforms are neat and clean. They are professional.

We have contracted with Bio Tech yearly since 2000. Always professional. Always thorough. On occasion we have also had them do a termite inspection. They also escorted some raccoons out of the attic when we first moved in. I am not sure what other pest control businesses charge. We have been pleased with the service so have not looked elsewhere.

They were great. They put some traps out and kept getting them till they were all gone. I haven't seen anymore. They were very punctual and on time. They were professional and customer service oriented.

I have had a very positive experience with them. When they come out, they arrive on time, are very professional and have fair rates. The men that come out and do the actual work are very nice and work very professionally.

I had a opossum in my yard. Bio-Tech set traps and came back in two days to move the critter to another area. They charged $75 per catch. Later I had evidence of rats in the yard and attic. Bio-Tech set traps in the attic and garage. After 4 days they came back and plugged holes in the house. The traps were reset. They came back several times to check the traps and reset if necessary. They offer a one year guarantee and an annual contract for future maintenance. The technicians are always on time and take great care to cover their feet upon entering the house. All technicians are helpful and professional.

They seem to do a great job. We live in the forest and we don t have any infestation so that s a good sign. The service person did show up on time and was very nice. It was just a regular pest control visit that went well.

They were very very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up when they were done. I trusted them in my home; they did the termite treatment when I wasn't home. I have had no problems with bugs since. I will continue to use them.

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE, NEATLY DRESSED, AND ARRIVED ON TIME. EQUIPMENT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION, AND TRUCK WAS WELL ORGANIZED. TECHNICIAN COMPLETED THE WORK IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. THE COMPANY WARNED US, IN ADVANCE, THAT THERE WOULD BE A SLIGHT RESIDUAL SMELL FOR ABOUT AN HOUR - WHICH WAS CORRECT (JUST STAY OUT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND THE SMELL IS GONE). WE'VE BEEN IN THE HOUSE FOR A WEEK AND HAVE SEEN NO BUGS. COMPANY PROVIDED DISCOUNT SINCE WE WERE REFERRED BY AN EXISTING CUSTOMER.
