Description of Work: I've now thrown out two pest control companies prior to Bio-Tech, due to service or performance issues. I called Bio-Tech and was impressed with their service, scheduling, website, visibility, etc. They were wonderful, and actually emailed/called when they said they would, vs never hearing from the other companies. The tech was early (and even called to verify that this was ok!). He spent a great deal of time in the yard, attic, and inside the home, dusting and spraying. He then took his time walking me through the paperwork and making sure I understood everything. What a nice surprise! | |I was a bit taken aback by the up-front price, due to their once-a-year pest control service, but when calculating it vs. the cost of (4) quarterly services, they are actually cheaper. I've added the termite inspection, mosquito treatments, and fire ant treatments (as I'm deathly allergic and they guarantee their service for one year after treating). So far I have been extremely happy!

Description of Work: We had a termite swarm invade our house on Tuesday morning. I called Bio-Tech and they had an inspector at our house within 3 hours. He did a very thorough inspection, showed me exactly what he found and gave me a very fair estimate. The treatment was performed on Thursday. The crew was punctual and professional. The house and yard was left clean and neat. I would highly recommend Bio-Tech and will continue to use them for my pest control needs.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in our attic that we really annoying us with all the noise that they were making in the evening. We contacted Bio-Tech to remove the squirrels and secure an access points the squirrels were using to enter the attic. They were prompt when they set a schedule to meet (which is rare these days with any vendor) and fully explained the service that they would perform. Their office also followed up with a call after the initial visit to ensure that i understood the process as well as the warranty for the work to be performed. The work was performed as explained and they removed a total of four squirrels from the attic. More importantly they secured the access points well and inconspicuously as evidenced by the fact that it has been over a month and the midnight wrestling matches in the attic have ended.

Description of Work: I thought I might have termites or carpenter ants because of sawdust found at the corner of the house. Relying on Angies listing, I called BioTech on Thursday and they arranged to have a guy come out on Saturday. He was on time and upon looking at it, I felt really stupid because it really was sawdust that apparently had been blown there by my neighbors repairman and yard crew. The tech went ahead and checked all around the house for pests and found nothing of significance, then explained to me how termite tunnels would look if there were any, and then when I asked how much I owed for the visit, the answer was nothing. I should have at least paid for the trip expense. If I have a pest problem I will definitiely call BioTech again.
