I called ARC one afternoon to get an estimate for a broken window on our home and a quote for replacing some single-pane windows with energy efficient double-paned windows. I spoke with Brian, the owner, and although it was late in the day, he said he had a technician who could come by that evening around six o'clock to take measurements for our repair and replacements. I received a phone call the next day with an estimate for the repair and an email the same day with a quote for the replacement windows. I was told it would take three to five business days for the new window to be made and shipped and that I would need to pay half the repair costs up front before the window was ordered, which I did. A few days later I received a phone call to set up a time for the new window to be installed. Much to my surprise they arranged to come on a Saturday morning, and I was even more surprised when Brian showed up that day with one of his technicians to do the installation. They were done removing the broken window and installing the new one in half an hour. Brian and all the employees I dealt with were professional and, more importantly to me, personable. Because of the outstanding service we received from ARC, we will be using them for the window replacements for which they quoted us, even if another company can do it a little cheaper.

It went great and we didn't have a problem at all. They were punctual. The price was good and they did a great job. They are very personable. The owner came out to the property himself and gave us the bid. I just called them and didn't price things. I don't remember them being late or anything. I think they were here on time. I think they did a great job. We continue to use them because they do a good job.

I had used ARC glass over a year ago for an estimate on replacement glass for large double pane windows, never have done the work but was impressed with the professionalism and pricing I received from Brian Anderson. I recently contracted with a handy man service (HHR Services) and was also given ARC glass as a resource for the window work I wanted done. I had 5 old original single pane leaded glass windows in an outset kitchen window, was having rotted wood replaced and needed to come up with a solution to the leaking I was experiencing with one of these windows without having to spend a fortune replacing everything. All the windows were showing signs of age and soon would need to be either repaired or replaced. Brian was great with his assessment, general ideas and solutions to my problem. The decision was made to replace the glass using the original frames, thus keeping my costs down. This was coordinated with the handy man doing the other work and looks great. The glass panes keep with the esthetics of the house and I am very pleased.

Perfect. We got one of those frameless shower doors, with surrounding glass walls, and it looks great. Everything was installed just the way we wanted it. They came on time and cleaned up after and the price was the best of the three estimates we got.
