Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The crew was very precise in their measurements. At installation, they meticulously made sure that mirrors were exactly level and placement as discussed before attaching to the wall. They had a nice selection of mirror frames to choose from. The mirrors installed definitely have that "wow" factor. Due to the timing of my two projects, I actually contracted with them twice. I did not hesitate to use them for the second project. Cost includes mirrors, frames and installation.

Went very well. Very happy with the responsiveness, service, courtesy, and professionalism of the installers and the owner. This is the second project this year (first was shower enclosure in Feb 2017). Very happy with both.

Called ARC Glass. The person answering the phone asked a few questions including windows size. I had taken measurements and gave them to her. The technician arrived, had the correct size glass, was amazed that I had measured accurately, and removed the remaining shards of glass from the window and quickly installed the new piece of glass. Great job!

After ARC sent out a representative while we were still in the construction phase, the shower was built out to accommodate the measurements to fit the glass. Once tile was completed, I called back to have final measurements taken and in less than 2 weeks my shower was complete. Every step- from calling ARC to get an estimate to the installation of the glass- every person I encountered from ARC was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The best part-they came in considerably less than other estimates.

ARC glass was on time for the estimate and the installation. They did an excellant job replacing the 12 year old framed glass shower door and cleaning up.

ARC Glass provided a great customer service experience. They sent someone out within 24 hours of my initial to provide a quote. They checked with a few sources to find the best price for my replacement window. They also came in less expensive than one of their competitors. As soon as the window arrived, they called me and did the best they could to accommodate my crazy work schedule to deliver and install the window. The installation was executed perfectly- the old window was removed and the new one was installed in less than an hour. The owner and his son installed the window for me and were very clean, polite and meticulous. If I ever have any broken windows in the future, I will certainly call ARC Glass.

Excellent customer service. This company stands behind their work. I had a concern that required a creative solution and Brian did not disappoint. He is detail oriented. Arc Glass was very careful in our home and cleaned up after themselves.

Sales guy came out and was friendly and knowledgeable. However, when I called and asked for price impacts of minor mods the lady who answers the phone said she would check and call back on two separate occasions and never called back. As a result I am going with another company.

Brian repaired the existing hinges, without me having to buy new hinges. After repair, the door closed perfectly. He also warranted his work for one year and offered credit the repair cost to the purchase of new hinges during the one year period, if I want them. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

They made a number of phone calls to find a contractor who could help me. I was impressed that they went to that effort to try and help me out. As soon as they figured out that they couldn't do the work, they still helped me. That was good.

Arc Glass is top notch. From our first encounter, Brian took the time to explain our options for our new shower door. He was the second company to come out to measure and give an estimate and we decided to go with Arc Glass due to the great customer service. Brian arrived on time and brought pictures to show us various options for our shower door. He explained the process and patiently answered our questions. When ordering the shower, I had questions about the shower guard options and Amy at the office was super friendly and answered all my questions. Shower was ready on time and installed to perfection. We could not have been happier with Arc Glass. Their customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be having them replace my mirrors next week.

Amy was very responsive, exceptionally cooperative. If we had more time to fit into their busy schedule we would have used their service. But our window was falling apart due to storm damage and we needed a quick replacement. ARC Glass was just too booked up to be able to get to us quickly enough. But they receive very high marks for their responsiveness, attentiveness and professionalism. They will be my first call next time.

I attempted to contact to the company through the Angie's List website, but did not get a call back. So instead I called the office directly and was helped immediately. Has immediate openings to schedule a tech to come out and review damage. Tech was very prompt and professional. Had estimate next day, price was reasonable and lower than expected. Has to leave half the cost as a deposit to begin order, took only a couple of days to prepare glass. They worked with my schedule to find time for installation on a Saturday afternoon at no extra cost. A personal last minute event came up for me and threatened to force me to reschedule installation. However I inquired if I need to be home for installation and they said "no" as long as they had access to windows. I informed them I would only be about 30 minutes late to meet technicians, but left a spare key for them just in case. When I arrived at the residence on that Saturday afternoon, the work was already completed and broken glass was cleaned up and though they were never there. Overall I am very satisfied with the work, service and professionalism.

I can not express how impressed I am with Brian and his company, but I will give it a try. Not only did he provide multiple options on the estimates he also shared his design expertise on the rest of the remodeling I am planning on having done. He provided me with some great ideas that will turn my master bathroom into a thing of beauty, all for the same price I was going to spend anyway.

They came about when scheduled, inspected all the windows and performed the repairs. The time taken was reasonable. They took the time to try to match the color of the beading around the glass so that the repaired window didn't stand out.. They cleaned up fairly well. The cost was a little more than I expected but in line with the estimate, so I was satisfied.

Highly recommend this company. Plea sent to work with. Made an extra effort to overcome unforeseen problems. Called me for reminders and when repair person was on the way. Price was acceptable. Workmanship wonderful .
