Description of Work: Glass mirror wall fell off the wall in the Dining room on 30 year old house ARC responded and cleaned up the broken 66 x88 glass panel and provided estimate for new gall. They arrived with the new glass and found the wall was not straight or flat. So they custome cut and ground the glass to fit and then looked at the other two panels and without saying fixed them too. Great Service

Description of Work: We had five double paned windows replaced. We got thee estimates and decided on Arc Glass. The young man who came to give the estimate was thorough and informative. He had to go up on the roof to look at three of windows. All of our contacts with Arc Glass employees, both with their office staff and in person with the installers were friendly, professional and and efficient. They ended up having to come back the next day because of safety issues with handling the glass when it started to rain. They were back early the next day, had to put up scaffolding, which included moving furniture around a bit in order to reach the three high windows which had to be done from the inside as well as the outside. The other two windows were done quickly because of easier access. The clean-up was thorough. We are very satisfied with the results and would use them again.
