Everything was fine except for the issue of whether the windows quoted qualified for the new energy tax credit. Despite me bringing this up twice with the salesperson, and despite the salesperson's assurances, the windows quoted did not qualify for the $1500 June 2009 and beyond tax credit. This became clear as the salesperson and I exchanged a few emails after the quote. He stopped responding when I asked for clarification on this point. I gave poor grades for professionalism on the basis of the salesperson apparently not being aware of the criteria for the $1500 tax credit. That's a deal breaker for me.

They were an average company. All-Tex is like an umbrella and they hire all different crews. The crew I got was not particularly good. I had to watch them very closely. I had to ask them to re-do a couple of things and they didn't clean up after themselves. They left some wires dangling. All-Tex has a quality control person, so he came out and got them to take care of all the problems I had. I had to be here at all times to watch them. I probably would not use them again.

I do not recommend All-Tex. They did not perform the work on-time. Their communication was non-existent. And when I requested a refund after cancelling my job (when it was half-done after I waited a month-and-a-half), I had a hard time getting my money back. Furthermore, when I got a quote from a different company to finish the job that All-Tex couldn't, the new company cost half as much as All-Tex was going to charge!

Work was completed promptly and I'm pleased with the results. Siding was replaced and painted and work area was cleaned up afterward.

I have used All-Tex on three jobs now and am almost to the point of single-bidding them in the future. They were not the cheapest nor quickest to start work (bureaucratic and require seriate foreman review with customer), but they do very good work.

Glad to know that Mr. Jenkins has sooo much business, that he wouldn't even send someone out to evaluate the work I needed done and give me a quote. Also... had to call 3 times before I could even get the office staff to connect me without having to hold on the phone for a long time. Then, I wasn't even allowed to speak to one of his actual construction people, the girl who answered the phone(finally)spoke to me on one line while she obviously had a person who actually does the work on the other line telling her what to say to me. How rude! I found it curious that they would blow me off without even speaking to me directly. They happened to list other services on their brochure that I might have taken advantage of, so they not only lost the opportunity to do this job, but all future jobs as well. Good work All-Tex.

I felt like the price was too much for the quality of work. They didn't charge me for the balance until 6 months after the job was complete, and they would call me and demand payment in a very rude way. I paid as they went, but they kept trying to get me to install things that I didn't need. They wanted me to install vents on a tiny porch roof that didn't need ventilation, they also wanted to tear up our car port to use it as a work area and charge me more for that (one of their honest workers told me that didn't need done). They left a very bad taste in my mouth and I never want to go back to them again. It was a very bad experience.

All-Tex Exteriors did a good job. The crew was helpful and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent and professional job. We checked around for the best bids on driveways and they were the most reasonable for our liking. The driveway is nice and I have not had any problems with the driveway cracking or even showing any wear and tear.

All Tex Painting and Carpentry had very reasonable prices. They came and installed siding on my home that resists mold, rot, and needs no painting. They did a great job installing the insulation in the home. The clean up job was very well done after the service work was all completed.

All-Tex Exteriors had the countertops installed in one hour, which really amazed me because I thought for sure that it would take longer. I got to pick out the one that I wanted, which I also really liked. The workers did a great installation job with no problems. They didn't leave a mess for me to pick up after either.

All Tex Exteriors is really a great company, and their employees take care of the customers. The rooms they remodeled for us are beautiful and exactly how we wanted them changed. The crew takes care of our home when their working and makes sure not to break or mess anything up. They're great painters that tape everything off and only have to apply the first coat to look right. We have really been fortunate when using these guys because they are very capable remodelers that work at a very fair rate.

ALL-TEX Exteriors did a good repairing storm damage on my roof, as they used new asphalt shingles in the repair job. The work was done six months ago, and I have experienced no problems to speak of ever since. I would use them again if I ever needed them, as I feel that they are a good company with good workers.

ALL-TEX Exteriors came out and removed old, rotten siding on my home and used a new hardy plank siding material in the install process, which I think is just awesome. The company had the work done in one day and did a good job. I didn't have to clean up after them, and the workers did a great job at not making a mess.

This guy was working down the street from me, and I asked him to come over to give me an estimate on a sheetrock job. He came over immediately after finishing down the street, gave me my price, and followed up to complete the job. I liked him so much that I had him come back to paint my bedroom walls and replace a storm door too.

ALL-TEX Exteriors did an outstanding job, and I feel that they were very experienced and very smooth to work with. I only went to them because they are the best in the area. I think they are very organized and professional. They are very careful with fragile items. They cleaned and put back all the furniture themselves. I was highly impressed with the quality of work, and it didn't cost much at all.

THE SALES CONSULTANT SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME DOCUMENTING AND ESTIMATING THE WORK AND DISCUSSING OPTIONS. THE CREW WAS ON-TIME, COURTEOUS, HARD-WORKING, AND RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS. WHEN UNDERLYING STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS UNCOVERED, THE WORK WAS ADDED TO THE ORIGINAL SCOPE AT A REASONABLE CHARGE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THE 1ST TIME WAS INTERIOR PAINTING. THIS TIME CARPET and TILE. VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR GETTING THE QUOTE WHICH TOOK A COUPLE EXTRA DAYS MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY SAID, I HAD TO CALL THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE REALLY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
