Description of Work: Several years ago, they installed shutters in five of my downstairs windows. Last fall one of the brackets holding them up broke. I went by the showroom, explained my problem, why it had broken, and she gave me new brackets, showed me how easy they were to install and said to call her if I had problems. They were a snap to put on and she charged me nothing.

Description of Work: They custom made some shutters for my master bathroom. They did a fantastic job at matching the stain to the cabinets and they fit perfect. They were very professional and I received my order when promised.
