The sales staff in the showroom was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for window measurement the same week. Chris came out to do the measurements and confirm the order. He was even able to perform measurements on a very oddly trimmed window. They were all very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. The shutters came in more quickly than expected and were installed in one afternoon. They look fabulous! I have recommended Accent to many of my friends and neighbors!

I had a very satisfying experience with Accent Shutters. They were very knowledgeable and came to my home to help in my final selection. I had all my windows covered with plantation shutters and woven woods. They were a bit pricey but in my experience, you get what you pay for and the quality and service was well worth the price.

First, Ryan came to measure the sizes. He is very familiar with selections and has huge patience. We changed our decision several times before settled in the final choice. The installation is very smooth and event free.

I chose the company because it was the only one that had the kind of shutters that I wanted, and I was definitely satisfied with the experience. Furthermore, they did the work as promised, completed everything on schedule, and charged a reasonable price. In addition, everyone was professional and friendly, and the company responded quickly to some minor issues with the shutters.

It was a stellar experience! The designer explained the fabrication process and even mentioned that they grow their own trees. Additionally, the owner himself came out to take the measurements, the installers were consummate gentleman and did impeccable work, and the price was reasonable considering the quality of the service and the product. In fact, I was expecting the price to be higher.

Everything turned out well. The shutters were hand-made, and their color had been carefully matched to the windows' surrounding trim. Furthermore, the installers did an excellent job, acted professionally, and didn't leave any messes. Ultimately, they did a great job for a reasonable price, and we actually plan to have them back for additional work.

I had used them before with good experiences, and this time was no exception. The installers arrived on time, did quality work for a reasonable price, and were both courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Overall we are very happy with our experience with Accent Shutters. The primary reason we chose Accent Shutters initially is we wanted inside-mount shutters but we having trouble finding a manufacturer that had a mounting frame thin enough to work with our windows. The bottom moveable portion of our windows tilt inward for cleaning purposes and to access the screens, and all inside-mount frames we looked at were too thick and would prevent the window from tilting inward. Accent Shutter provided an inside-mount frame that was thin enough. Our initial interaction was with Ryan Dove, product manager, who came to our house to look at our windows and discuss options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A week or two later we stopped by their showroom to view the various options and see their production finishing facility. We signed an order that day, and their prices were very reasonable compared to other manufacturers we had looked at. We were given a 5-week delivery time for the shutters, and if my memory is correct it ended up being closer to six weeks until actual installation (the reason I gave a "B" for Punctuality). The installers were very friendly and professional, and they worked quickly. The only issue was two of the shutters had hinges installed on the wrong side, so they had to take them back and then return a week later to install them. They did a very good job refinishing the edge where the hinges used to be, you can't tell that they had to move the hinges. In terms of Quality, my only VERY minor quibble is on a few of the louvers (maybe half a dozen out of about 150?), where the connecting rod goes from the louver into the side frame, the paint has chipped right around the rod. It isn't an obvious flaw, you have to look closely to see it. Overall, though, I still happily gave an "A" for Quality, as the shutters look and feel very solid and high quality.

Installer was on time and very professional. The job took 2 days rather than one, but I was kept informed on timing as the job progressed and the job was completed within the time frame estimated. The tinting seems to perform as described and is a great improvement over the previous 3M tinting. However, the cost of Huber Optik tinting also greatly exceeds that of all other types and brands and would be hard to justify on economics alone.

Almost one year later and I am so pleased with all of my window treatments. The sun pours through the breakfast area in the fall months and the window tinting and shades have helped tremendously in cutting down the heat and sun damage to my furniture. My drapes in the living room look lovely and really pull the room together. Michele Nye and her staff were very professional. Adam did a terrific job installing the window film in the kitchen. I highly recommend this company!

They were on time....did a fabulous job, completed the job quickly were very friendly and professional. No mess was left for me to clean up, they took off their shoes, the shutters were clean. I am very impressed with the installation, they fit perfectly and were done with perfection. This is the second time I've used them. I also had them install some blinds in our son-in-law's home several years ago. Would highly recommend them. Simply fabulous and totally satisfied.

They were referred to me by someone else in the neighborhood. We went to the showroom to look and they had a pretty good collection. We took our own window prices so that we will have an idea of how much it would cost. They gave the estimate right there at the spot. They scheduled somebody to come and take the measurement, for us to place the order. They showed up on time and were very quick. The turnaround time for the window treatment was reasonable. The installation went very well and we didn't have any issues with whatever they brought. We were very pleased.
