Description of Work: I setup a big deal driveway dealing with Lukes paving. I purchased back in Late October. Dallas Luke, the owner called me to tell me they were a small operation and would get to me when they could but it would be weeks because they fill in dealing jobs when they have a paving job in the area. Finally after a lot of weeks, I contacted them again and they finally agreed to seal my driveway. Did a nice job. The workers were very polite and efficient. I'm used to the sealers filling non-spider cracks which this company didn't do. It wasn't offered at an extra charge either which I would have preferred. Driveway looks good though and company personnel are very nice. Just wish they were more prompt and for the price included crack filling.

Description of Work: I contacted the company and received a callback. I talked with the owner and he said that he was in the area and would stop by the house and check the driveway and give me a quote. I waited 3 days and he never called back so I called him again and he apologized and said he had a funeral to attend. I asked him when he could look at the property and he promised that he would do so the very next day and call me with the quote. That never happened and I waited over 1 week for his response. To this day, he has never called back. In the meantime, I have contracted with a very reputable firm to do the work on my driveway. The company made promises which they never kept. I would never consider them again.

Description of Work: After twice trying to get the company to respond, I quit trying

Description of Work: They double seal coated the upper 460' if driveway plus the parking area by the house, repaired the flood damage to our driveway of both sides of our dam and single seal coated the remainder of the driveway and entrance(total length of driveway is almost a quarter of a mile). The owners are a father and son who work side by side with the crew. They did an excellent job and the crew worked efficiently and well together. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The only criticism is that when I was calling to get an estimate and get started the main phone no. mailbox was full 5 of 6 times. I learned to call the 830 number and that call was returned the same evening. Keep in mind that contractors in Texas were backed up due to 6 weeks of wet weather and the flooding.

Description of Work: Through the entire process from bid to completion Luke's Asphalt was very professional and the job was done right. They did an overlay over a drive for our new garage (curving driveway approximately 125' long and 20' wide) over base material installed by our contractor. They re-graded base to make sure everything was correct to get a good solid overlay. It was obvious as soon as they showed up for the job that they knew what they were doing. Their equipment was very well maintained, their entire crew well trained and efficient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. My thank's to Billy and Dallas Luke for a job well done!

Description of Work: Lucas Asphalt did an outstanding job on my drive way. Professionalism and quality are second to none. Also a family business and its nice to work with people who care about what they are doing and the quality they produce. I wish I had more projects I could use them for! :)

Description of Work: Sealcoated our driveway. Left at 9am to see a doctor, came back in 3 hours it was all done. Looks nice, hopefully will stop asphalt decay.
