Everything was excellent. They were responsive. Getting the estimate was a little difficult. We went back and forth a couple times. But the people were very easy to work with and professional. I was comfortable with them and wanted a written estimate. Once I got that, everything went very smoothly.

Update 10/13/13 Chris the owner has stated that he will repair the roof per his promise to us. He is attemtpting to go above and beyond to make certain the job is per our expectations. We retract our prior complaint/review.

Overall, the experience, service and workmanship was very good. It was very easy scheduling the appointment, and the employees actually arrived at our house 15 minutes early. They were very polite, and worked very quickly. They removed all the old chalking, and re-chaulked the shower. They cleaned up all the old chaulk, and the new chaulk looks great. I also feel the price was very competitive, relative to other providers we contacted. We will certainly use this company again.

I found them in Angie's List, and they did all the stuff for me. I had a fantastic experience with them! The guy who came was great! He called and got me an estimate. The people who came was on time. They were very professional and courteous, and their price was terrific!

I called Chris of Frazier Home Services a few weeks ago to see if he would be able to install the fan. He came out to the house and said he would like to do it but we needed to find a ladder tall enough to get to the fan. I didn't hear anything back for a few days so I texted him the name of rental places that had tall ladders. It was supposed to be installed at 4:00PM on Sat the 15th. The time came and went and nobody showed. I texted and left a voice mail for Chris. Finally around 7:00PM he texted and apologized. He was out of town and the guys who were supposed to pick up the ladder got to the rental place too late. He called and rescheduled for Monday at 5:00PM. Well - at 5:00PM on Monday, Brian and Mike showed up with the biggest ladder I've ever seen - a 14 foot aluminum ladder. They were very careful bringing the ladder into the house. Watching Brian go to the top rung and disconnecting the old fan was acrobatic. They got the old fan down and the new fan up in about an hour. They were very professional and more important - enthusiastic about getting it done. I highly recommend Frazier Home Services - they were the only contractor that actually came to my home to look at the work. I called four or five other companies and they said they wouldn't do it or I needed to rent a 1000 scaffold to get up that high. Much Thanks to Chris and crew of Frazier.

Chris recommended a larger column which not only provides better support, but greatly improves the look of our home. Very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness and quality of the work. Would highly recommend!

Everything went as expected....actually better than as they finished in less than the time estimated. Price was very fair. Chris and his team were very professional and prompt. extremely satisfied. Will use again & will recommend.

Our house is 12+ years and the master shower needed help. I called Fraziers Home Repair on a late Saturday and Chris,owner, answered his phone and was very personable and I told him what my problem was and he immediately knew what I was talking about and he told me that he would be able to come Monday am. He did and he met my husband and he looked at the problem and he said his company can do it and he even gave my husband an estimate quote. He told us that in two weeks he will get the work started and it would take 3 days to complete the project. Which was fine. So happy to find someone that we know would be reliable and would do a good job and is a part of Angie's List. The workers came and started the work, however, when the workers were stripping the old tiles they encounter some problems on the woodwork that my husband and I did not realized. We had to call our exterminator and they came out and did what they needed to do, and that delayed the work. Inspite of, workers continued to do what they needed to do. In the end, workers did a beautiful job and my husband and I were very pleased with what Fraziers Home Repair did for us. They bought new hardware. My husband and I didn't have to go out and buy. The selections of hardware and brand name they purchased were very compatible to our likings and hardware matches with what we already have in our master bath. Both workers were very knowledgeable and did a fantistic, suberb job. Chris was always very friendly on the phone and willing to accommodate with us. Not only did they remodel our shower but they did some repair on the ceiling and around the kitchen counter. They did an excellent job. ome Repair the next time we need home repairs. Thank you Chris for your expertise. My husband and I give Fraizers Home Repair an A in all catagories. We do recommend them highly.

Chris was such a PRO! He contacted the blinds company in CA for the chords - and thank goodness was VERY persistant - for a very small job! The blinds company was totally inept - sent him & me the wrong size not once, not twice, but FOUR TIMES - and this was after he spoke with management on 2 different occasions. AND THIS WAS OVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD OF TIME! The fact that he took the time for such a small job really impressed me. He kept me updated, we finally got the job done - he always followed through with what he said, and his crew arrived on time & were very professional. I will use him & recommend him unhesitatingly!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Fraziers Home Repair. Chris sent three men on Friday morning to install ceramic tile and they finished the job in record time. Very professional and very quick. They returned Saturday morning to grout and did an awesome job. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves and matched the labor cost that Home Depot gave us. Frazier's will be back this Friday to install several lights and complete a couple of odd jobs. Would definitely recommend this company. A+++.

Overall, things went very well. I had already purchased the paint needed and the blind. They completed all work except the painting of the chimney and even worked on Sunday to finish the painting of the front porch. If it doesn't rain today, they will complete the work.

Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and I was ready for them. They were polite, professional, got right to work and were done in amazing time. Would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I have used Chris and his team previously. They are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They painted my front foyer and it looks great..very happy with the quality of work. They efficiently and safely removed two very large floor to ceiling mirrors in the living room, fixed the drywall and painted the wall. The improvement is wonderful and the wall texture matches the other walls perfectly...you can't even tell the mirrors were ever there. They also hung curtain rods which made my husband very happy. Over all I am very happy with the services and definitely will be using them again.

I was pleased with the results of my using Frazier's Home Repair and would definitely plan on using again if and when I need home projects done. I have a lot of confidence in the work of this company.

I wanted a new attic ladder, an aluminum one. He came out a while ago gave me an estimate but I hadnt the time for him to perform project. I asked for a quote from Houston Handyman and they were within $30 of eachother. He order a ladder it came in and had the company come install it. I thought it was him who was going to install it, but it was a couple other guys who were very nice and professional.

I really liked them. The job turned out well. They are coming in today as well. They were on time and they thought of different ways to do things and make things sturdier. I just found them really responsive. I thought they were very good. That was the first time they had come out to do some work for me. I think their price was very acceptable.
