We hired Frazier’s Home Repair as our General Contractor for our master bath renovation and were thoroughly impressed. Chris provided feedback on our wall/tile/quartz choices, sharing his knowledge for us to make the best decisions. His crew went above and beyond each day to make the process as stress-free as possible; keeping the demo area tidy and updating us with the progress of other contractors arriving throughout the week. We will definitely hire Chris and his team again! Work Performed: Performed entire bath demolition (including sunk-in jacuzzi tub), installed all bath plumbing, enlarged existing window & quartz windowsill, installed new vanity mirror, installed quartz countertop, installed clear frameless shower and new floor/wall tile. Installed new stand-alone bathtub. Installed floor ceramic tile and 5.5” base boards.

It didn't. Appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and as on 11:38 am I have yet to receive a phone call or email.

I am a huge stickler regarding communication. From the first contact to have someone out to bid a job, through-out the job, and when it is finished. If i have to chase information, things are already starting out poorly. I had no such problem with Chris from Frazier's Home Repair. He was on time for our appointment to look at the job, he had a bid ready when he said he would, and was quick to answer any questions I had, sometimes even after hours when I didn't expect a response until the following business day. Day 1 of the job, Chris and his team arrived early in the morning, we discussed the timeline and what phases would be accomplished on what days. He went over all the aspects of the work with his subs and helpers, and got everyone to work. He also pointed out that if we had a problem with the dimensions of the cabinet taking the oven size (it was going to be close!), how he would resolve it, and what extra efforts/cost to expect if we had to go that route. He went out of his way to accommodate keeping power on as much as possible since I was working remotely from home that day. Everything went well that day. The only hitch was my wife noticed the new drawer wasn't quite as deep as we expected. I took a picture and sent it to Chris that night just to ask about it. One look at the picture and Chris had an immediate answer that night "You're right, that will be rebuilt tomorrow to meet the specs." Day 2: Crew was on time and got to it. I had a friend staying here to watch after things while i was at work. I got constant updates of how everything was progressing, and it sounded like there were no problems. I came home that evening to my brand new ovens installed, everything worked without a hitch. Chris wasn't the highest bid, and he wasn't the lowest, but he was exactly what we needed. The job was done on time, I was kept informed, there were no surprises, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the wood dust from the cabinet work to a minimum. All in all, i'm not sure how this project could have gone any better. We look forward to having Chris back when we're ready to tackle phase 2 with the range and vent!

I contacted Chris through Angie's List messaging service and he replied by that evening. He came out the next morning to look at the damage and give us an estimate. He was very polite and didn't try to add any other services onto what we were asking him to do. We agreed on his price and he said that he would send his boys out the next morning to complete the repairs. Mike and Charlie arrived at the time we were told and got right to work. They were polite and did clean work, and answered all our questions. Total time was 4 hours and they did a fantastic job. I will use this company again, and I will tell all my neighbors about them!

From initial contact to end of job, Chris and his crew were professional, courteous and did an overall outstanding job on remodeling the interior of the house. He was very responsive to all of our phone and in person contact. We never thought the old house would look as outstanding as it did when they finished and we were very impressed with the work they did. He tried his best to help us keep the costs low too. We highly recommend this business to anyone that is in need of home repairs.

We picked this company becuase we didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and a friend said they did good work. The job was completed with in the time the owner committed to and the materials used were good quality . The stain was perfect and the workers were very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the ideas we had in mind and had several different creative ideas to offer. We get compliments from our neighbors, family, and friend's on the work that was done from fraziers home repair. I will definitely be calling this company again for the next remodel or repair we need.

Guy's were very professional, courteous and punctual. They kept my suggestions in mind during the builds and provided many different suggestions during construction. They kept me informed of the progress and beat the deadline given. Both the deck and office exceeded our expectations and they kept the cost within budget! I won't use anyone else for any future services that I need!

I am making it my mission to forewarn all customers before they hire this man for their repair needs. First of all he does not quote an exact price for his work but rather gives customers a high estimate instead so he can charge customers what ever suits him. And God forbid that you give him a deposit because it is nonrefundable, but he never bothers to tell customers that. He quoted me $500 deposit. Never gave me a document or contract for a restocking fee when he quoted me a price more than I could pay. I told him I did not want him to do the job because he was too expensive and I could not come up with all the money to cover the project. I ask for a refund of my $500 deposit and he told me that their was a restocking fee and that he normally never refunds anybody's deposits back. I want my $500 deposit back. I signed no agreements of any kind saying i would not get my deposit back if quoted to high of price. I had no idea of his procedures on how he did business. UPDATE: October 13, 2015 It has been a month and I am still struggling to get my $500 back and he is refusing to give me my $500 deposit back. Now I am going to have to go through the trauma and expense of going through a small claims court to get what is owed to me. I want all customers to be aware of his business practices. He never explained his business practices and that I would not be given a refund if I changed my mind and that he decided to keep my money even through there was not a single service done. He claims that his business practice is not to refund anyone any money.

I have never had a more pleasant repair/renovation experience. THEY did excellent work, on time, in budget, exceeding my expectations. If I have any major household issues, they will be the ONLY ones I contact. I trust them and know that they deliver with expediency,value, honesty and skill! They totally cleaned up every speck of dust, wood, paint, siding, brick, pipe that was left after they completed their work. They took pride in what they did and gave service with a smile. Frazier team, you ROCK!

Chris and his team have been an absolute delight to work with throughout this project. Thus far, the project has taken two weeks and we are waiting on materials to finish up but the project is currently 99% complete and I couldn't be happier with the effort or the results. The team that Chris assembled has bent over backwards to make sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible and have been completely professional in all regards. There have, of course, been bumps in the road - no project is complete without them. Chris has been superb in communicating with us and working with us in ways that we didn't expect to make sure that what we wanted to accomplish was accomplished in a timely manner. Chris has also gone above and beyond our expectations not only in delivering results, but in managing our budget as well. He even had his team fix a small problem that wasn't a part of the scope of the remodel. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who needs a contractor for home repair and remodel. His team is the very best I've ever dealt with, bar none. Thanks Chris.

Very good job. Came out and was given an est, and the work was done later in the week. Will call them back for other items in the house. Good customer service.

The guys showed up when they said they would, went to Home Depot and got the Hardy board, went to the paint store and matched the paint. The boards blend in with the side of the house that they repaired, they removed the old boards and hauled them away, They did a good job, would use them again.

They did a good job. It took them 3-4 days with 4 techs. We did have to call them back one time to rehang the doors. They did a good job on the siding, however.

Chris and a member of his team arrived on time and started the work immediately. Fans were installed quickly and as requested. The fans were double checked to ensure they worked properly. Would recommend Frazier's Home Repair to anyone wanting quality work.

Went very well. Frazier handyman purchased wooden post and concrete and materials were included in price. Very professional and did an excellent job.

Initially, the service went well. We had some problems with the boards popping up. He had an inexperienced worker on the job. They tried to blame me for the boards popping up and said that I walked on the floor too soon. The technicians were pleasant to work with. When I tried to contact the company regarding my complaints it took a while for them to respond. He kept blaming me for the issues and I just wish they would have worked with me to resolve the issues. They also have poor customer service.

This is the 2nd time that I have called Frazier Home Repairs. We had some switches and lights that had to be replaced. Chris sent his guys and the problems were taken care of.

After doing and excellent job putting together a piece of exercise equipment I purchased online, Mr. Frazier and his team worked with me to find a date to repair laminate flooring in 2 rooms in my house. After finding a date that worked for my schedule, while they were at the house, I inquired about pressure washing services, and they were able to include the pressure washing service and completed everything within 2 hours. They were very courteous, very neat in doing the floor repairs and did an overall excellent job.

Absolutely excellent in returning phone calls, arriving exactly on time, and completing work all on a very professional and cordial basis. Will call for all my needs in the future. Because of non-standard size on attic door, it required two different appointments/completions. Because the labor is quoted separate from the cost of materials, it is very easy to determine that they are providing great service at a very fair price.

Chris and crew arrived on-time, worked hard, and completed the project on time, which sounds pretty standard but this was not a normal installation. His crew, mostly two highly trained professionals, spent much of their time on an aluminum plank stretched between two ladders over a 15' drop onto a concrete floor. So, even though his price was a little high, the job was well worth it, and the quality of their work is unquestionable.

The entire experience was wonderful. Chris was extremely responsive to everything from the bid to finishing the job. Brian and Mike were the ultimate professionals. We plan to complete a bathroom renovation with Frazier's as well. Thanks for a job well done!!!

I called Frazier Home Repair and left a message over a weekend. They replied on Monday morning to my message. I explained what we had to have done and we set an appointment for 2 days later. Mr. Frazier called and said the workmen were on their way. Two young men showed up. They were polite and on time. It took them less than an hour to do the job. They also made some recommendations which we are going to carry out very soon. We have tried several different "Honey Do" type businesses, but were never pleased with their work, the workmen and they usually ended up charging more for the job. Mr. Frazier has assured us that his company does all types of home repairs. When you get a certain age you must pay someone else to do the things to keep your home in good condition and we know that Mr. Frazier and his company will do this for us when we need any repairs. We have several projects for which we will be calling Frazier Home Repairs again. I recommend anyone with home repairs give this company a chance.
