They did a good job.

They were there when they said they would be for the quote and he was pleasant. I just chose another company because Southern was a bit higher priced.

They started Thursday morning and worked from about 8 am - 6 pm every day until Tuesday. It was Mother's Day weekend and they even worked on Sunday to make sure my job was done by Tuesday as promised. We did a thorough walk thru on the first day with the sales guys and the crew and everyone understood the scope of the job. Then they just worked swiftly and professionally.

Did a beautiful, excellent job all around! Highly recommend them as well!

Luther and his team did an amazing job. We first hired him to simply paint the walls and some of the ceilings in our house. In discussions we mentioned how we really did not like our cabinets and that he mentioned he could sand, prime, and paint them along with the staircase. The results blew us away. Everything looked great and they were very patient with us from the beginning since there was a delay to start on our part. We have more projects coming up and can't wait to use him again.

They were excellent. We had some problems and they came back. They did everything that we asked for. I had no problems with them. Their price was reasonable.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Because of the extent of the work, we moved out for the week while all the work was done. I checked in everyday and evening. They had no problem adding a few last minute changes when I realized I missed them in the initial quote (ie. my kitchen desk). Had to redo my formal dining room as the metallic finish did not turn out as planned. Redid with different colors and finishes after painting me several samples on the wall. LOVE the new and improved metallic rag off finish Mario managed to create. One small glitch when they replaced the plates in the kitchen ceiling where the old canned lights were. They had resheetrocked the area, retextured the ceiling and painted. After final walk through we noticed the hanging light was no longer working. they came back and promptly went back to the resheetrocked area to find that the ground wire had been knocked around. Fixed it and redid the ceiling all in one day. All in all FABULOUS service. Already have them coming out to give me an estimate for my exterior work!!

Excellent job. I always use Southern Painting (used several different locations) and have always been pleased. Very professional, detailed, neat, dependable and very reasonably priced. They can help with color selections if you need it. If anything isn't exactly up to what you wanted, they'll make it right. Even the smallest details have to meeet the customer's approval. I would recommend their service.

At our initial meeting, we were provided a detailed estimate and we discussed what the work would entail from start to finish. We never were pressured with a "hard sell". We decided to proceed and the work crew arrived as scheduled. Work was done in a timely manner. The place looks great!

They were very prompt in responding and they seemed quite professional. Their rates were a little high.

I cannot say enough about Southern Painting. They came out and gave me the estimate. They did not budge from the estimate at all throughout the project. They walked me through everything that they were going to do. When they came out to do the work the foreman and the team leader came out and we all walked around and went over exactly what we were going to do. When they finished they made sure that I walked around and looked at everything. They did some finish up work and left the place completely spotless.

They did a great job. I felt comfortable in knowing they knew what they were doing. They were very friendly and I would use them again in the future. Their prices were a little high, but it was worth the price for the work that they did. It was pretty easy to get an appointment with them. They came out right when they said that they would be there.

We are very pleased with the paint job performed. It was done professionally and with great care. Dimas, the foreman, and his crew were a pleasure with whom to work. They were responsive, punctual and very conscientious in their communication and work. Southern Painting is fortunate to have such craftsman on its team. Our salesman, Jeff Sadler was excellent from the quote through the entire painting process and to completion. Thank you Jeff. Finally, the office operations manager, Anita Johnson, was truly a pleasure to work with as she arranged the initial meeting with Jeff for the quotation. Southern Painting came highly recommended by some close friends who had recently used them to paint their house. The recommendation was well deserved.

THE CREW STARTED AND FINISHED ON TIME AND THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO CHANGES. HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IN DETAIL AREAS - CORNERS, TRIM WORK, AROUND FIXTURES AND COUNTERS VARIED SIGNIFICANTLY FROM ONE MEMBER OF THE CREW TO ANOTHER. ALSO, THE SANDING THEY DID ON THE WOOD WORK WAS FAR TOO LIGHT AND THEY DID NOT SMOOTH OUT THE EDGES WHERE THE OLD PAINT HAD FLAKED OFF. THE CAULKING THEY APPLIED AROUND THE MOLDING WAS VERY WAVY. FOLLOW-UP ACTION TO FIX A DRYWALL TEXTURING PROBLEM WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY.
