You need to clean up the lint and vacuum yourself. They vacuum some for you but not completely.

Kent was great to work with. The technicians Chris and Ken were fabulous and they had a big job to do. When they left, we had totally forgotten about also cleaning the dryer vent but they came back a few days later and took care of it - no hassles. I highly recommend this company!!!

The company representatives arrived 2 minutes early and were very polite and ready to get to work. They were knowledgeable, professional, and worked steady. They laid down tarp over the affected areas and when they were done they cleaned up everything and vacuumed. Job well done!

I feel much better knowing the air in my house is a lot cleaner now. It was horrifying the see how nasty the vent covers were and how much dirt they vacuumed out of the vents.
