DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10

Their quote was comparable with the other companies without an increase based on inspection. The men were nice, thorough on the clean up, and, didn't go over the time I was given in the quote.

The crewed arrived on time to clean the airducts The initial inspection showed I may not even need cleaning. Quite honest crew and owner honored the original quote with the different work scope than ordered. The owner/manager explained what's needed pretty well over the phone and that's the reason I hired them. The owner seems a very nice guy However, the problem I faced were below 1. paints chips were left on the floor. I had to clean up myself. 2. the pole they used to close the vent to create the pressure was dirty and made a mess on the ceiling. I had to clean up and still I may have to do touch up somehow. There is a permanent damage left now. 3. One of the airduct had to be removed from the planum, it's taped back but not sealed back with mastic. The crew didn't have working mastic. The tape wouldn't stick since the planum was covered with mastic and they didn't clean up. I even offered to use the mastic I had and they didn't use it to seal back. I had to fix myself. 4. The crew was holding the vacuum with one hand and tried to clean with a whip with the other hand somehow. There is no actual vacuuming done for returns ducts. 5. While they tried to clean the vents from the duct removed from planum, they held a vacuum and used whip to clean. As I watched the vent, there is no vacuum done. I had a insulation hanging from the vent and it didn't move even a little when they were cleaning. 6. Sanitization is done by spraying some chemical from return. They don't have ULV fogger to fog the ducts. It only sprayed the very entrance of the return, maybe about 1-2- feet and dropped the chemical to floor quite some time . I had to clean up myself. 7. their hands were not clean. The wall/ceiling they touched had to be cleaned up and I had to do it. The crew indeed worked hard and polite but I do not think they are ready for the profession cleaning. I do not believe any cleaning was actually effectively done at all. I don't even believe their machine was even creating enough negative pressure to suck anything from the airduct. It was more dusty after the crew left and I had to vacuum the house all over. I didn't let them clean my coil and I definitely wouldn't let them clean by watching how they worked. After they left, I had to spend quite some time to clean up the mess. I wouldn't think that's what anyone would want to do I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work. Kept the place protected from any dropping dust. Started the job on this a large townhome with high ceilings and worked until completed. Both crew members polite and professional and the house breathes easier and smells wonderful. Great job Ductz! I highly recommend them.

It would be impossible to hire anyone better. They were excellent in every area of any questions you could ask.
