Description of Work: This was my second experience with using a contractor recommended on Angie's list. The first contractor worked out very well. I called C&T Lawns and setup an appointment. LouAnne came to my home on time and well prepared. I wanted a weekly lawn service to do mowing and general shrub/lawn maintenance. In addition, I wanted to replace the St. Augistine grass in the backyard, grade, and re-sod with Bermuda grass. The lawn service is working out very well. They have come on time and have done a professional job that I am very happy with. The re-sod was a lot of work. A panel of my wood fence had to be removed to gain access to my yard. The entire process was done very well. The fence was taken down and put back up without a problem. The cost of the job was very reasonable. My plans are to continue working with LouAnne to do additional plantings and landscapping. I highly recommend C&T Lawns to anyone in the area who wants reliable and professional lawn maintenace and landscapping done. BTW....LouAnne is a pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: They came to clean out all flower beds............all of the weeds were back within a week. They did not dig them out.........the just popped the tops off..............bad experience.

Description of Work: This company has been taking care of our yard for over 8 years. The mow our lawn, trim our bushes and trees, and any special jobs we ask them to do, such as garden preparation for growing vegetables etc. They are very professional, prompt and competent.

+ 0 moreThe landscape designer charged $250 for her work which she could apply to landscaping if we chose them to do it. Else, we would have the drawing for $250. We just kept the drawing. We used their tree-trimming services because they were more reasonable than a couple of firms that we had asked. Three young men who did the tree trimming for us were great working as a team. A lot of the quotes that we were getting were about $2000, while C and T Lawns charged us $1250. I didn’t feel that $250 was bad to begin with, and we incorporated it towards the tree trimming cost.
Description of Work: We used C & T Lawns to do a lot of tree trimming for us. We had a landscape designer come out and do a drawing for what she proposed plant-wise and design-wise.

+ -1 moreI felt that the company's prices were fairly reasonable. They company did a great job with being on time and doing their job neatly and efficiently. We were able to communicate our needs to them and they did a job well done. We plan to use them in the future for our lawn care.

+ -1 moreWhen we contacted Louann, she arrived on time and was prepared to spend the time we needed to explain what we wanted. We decided to break the job into three phases. That way we could see how they did and they could more easily schedule the work. We were extremely satisfied with phase one and are about to start on phase two. While we were discussing phase two, I mentioned that I had a problem with my sprinkler system and couldn't get anyone to come out for several weeks. She called her office and 15 minutes later someone came to fix my problem.
Description of Work: Completely cleaned 3 large existing flower beds, replaced edging, removed undesirable plants, replanted items that were not in the right place, added several inches of mulch and added a new flower bed with rock walkway. This is phase one of a three phase project. They are about to start on phase two.
