Description of Work: They installed a new hot water heater. They did a good job on the work but the price was a little high.

Description of Work: My heater was no longer working during a cold spell. I called 3 Angie List providers and Berkeys was the most responsive. Brandon arrive during the quoted time and when he opened up the unit in the attic, it was clear to see that it was fried, literally. Brandon discussed the different options. I chose to purchase 15 seers unit (an upgrade from the 10 I had). I chose to finance through their Zero interest plan and was quickly approved. We scheduled the installation; Sal and Juan a little after 8am and spent the entire day doing the install. Afterward, both Sal and Juan walked me through the unit, compressor, filter and the thermostat. The next day, Brandon came out to inspect the install, we did another walk through to ensure I understood the unit and maintenance. I have also signed up for their twice annual check up. Berkey's staff then scheduled with the CFW to inspect. I had to reschedule and Berkey's graciously contact the City for me. | |Not sure if I got a GREAT deal since everyone I know has an opinion....stating anywhere from "Sounds reasonable" to "I know someone who could have got you a better deal".

Description of Work: Water leak between main and home, lots of digging and tough work, the tech did a very good job. Couldn't have done this myself. Price was more than I thought, but, no idea what others would have charged. Took several hours, like five or six hours.

Description of Work: The company was very prompt and helped provide us with a quote for services they recommended for our home's plumbing. However, my husband and I nearly had a heart attack when they told us the estimated cost. Way outside of our budget and we decided to go elsewhere.

Description of Work: We purchased 2 new systems in 2010 and Berkeys comes out twice a year to keep them both running smoothly. I highly recommend them.
