The technician was the same man that came last summer in 2020 to put in a double clean out for our bathroom drains because of excessive roots. He was amazing then. This summer our system stopped up again and he was able to remove the roots. He showed us the camera view with all the roots and then again when all the roots had been removed. While he was here we needed both the front and back faucets replaced because they were damaged in the storm in February of 2021. He was able to replace both faucets without having any difficulty. He quoted us a price for all this work AND took the multiple coupons Berkey's had sent us over the year. He was professional and knocked on the door each time he had to enter and also wore shoe protectors in the house as well as wearing a mask. We felt so comfortable with his work ethic and describing every step of the process. He was able to complete all the work within an hour. Very, very please with his work and the Berkey's customer service on the phone.

He was terrific. He repair the problem of my A/C and now its working. He was very good at doing his job. Although its warm here in texas he never made a complaint. He was very professional and he left the home with a smile. Sean is very friendly.

Rick arrived, very pleasant, explained everything very well. Was going to charge us $69 for the visit (fair), $173 to find out was wrong (basically looking at a ceiling fan), and then possibly another $373 to fix a breaker if need be. Here's the problem, most companies look at the problem and tell you what's going on and what needs to be done and then you talk costs. I am a fair person and understand that the company needs to make money and is not a charity. Saying this, I know Berkey's has a lot of over head and is a well oiled machine. Really expensive.

I received an email from the company from Gennifer so set an appointment. I responded by asking approximately what the job will cost. I never got a response back so I hired a different company.

Lonnie did a great job. Showed up on time, very professional. Explained the process, cleaned out the drain and then ran a camera down the pipe to make sure it was all done. Great Job and I would hire them again.

The work i had done was well done I do have an issue with pricing, though. I was quoted a flat rate of 69.95. I said ok and made my appt. When the technician came and looked at it he quoted over 300.00. I had to ask for any coupon discount. I was told that was the pricing and the 69.95 was a just come to the door price. I needed my faucet repaired. I cried to myself over pricing during the repair. I will not ever call a company I can't trust again when I specifically say how important pricing is on a fixed income. I have since been told by a company representative that he reqretted the pricing misunderstanding. There has been no further resolution. I can understand they have to abide by their pricing, but I want other people to be sure and understand what the pricing may be and be prepared.

5 trips, no working toilet on the first floor of the house for 6 days and over a $2,000 bill. Poor quality, poor service and uncaring management!

Tech sent picture before he arrived, and arrived when promised. He looked at the old valve, determined it was not repairable, and quoted me a price for replacement. he was able to cut out the old valve and place a new one on the pipe. He cleaned up behind the refrigerator and left.

I called for service on Monday, August 17th, 2020 they were able to schedule for The 19th. I decided to purchase the annual service contract called BAM for $99.00. It waves the initial appointment fee of $69.00 and gives a 15% discount on any work. I was concerned because my AC is only 2 1/2 years old. There were not problems needing repair. The system froze up due to a dirty air filter. My bad. The technician Juan was professional and informative. In addition to checking the AC system he checked the furnace as well. Not issues but he did tell me the furnace is 12 years old, which I knew. He also suggested that I need a larger air return. He sent me estimates on both a new furnace and additional return. I'm planning to stick with Berkey;s.

The installation of the main sprinkler system valve coming off the water line to the home took much of one day. When done, they had to submit the work they did to the City for an inspection. A few days later the City inspector came and before he left he said there was an issue with the installation. That day I called Berkeys and explained what the City inspector said. I did not receive a call back from Berkeys for several days. I then called a second time and provided even more details about the sprinkler system valve installation and what the City inspector said. To this day I have not received a call back from Berkeys. I will now challenge the payment I made to them for their work. I DO NOT recommend Berkeys for any plumbing work.

Good, got everything done quickly and even explained everything to me. They were also very professional.

First call was at 6:30pm, we were given rates for immediate repair. We called back at 8:30pm requesting an ETA and was told the technician would call with an ETA. Finally at 10:30pm, we called to cancel and the technician called to say he could still come but the per hour rate would be almost double what we were initially told due to the time of day even though we called 4 hours earlier for repair. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Their technician was punctual. The company phoned us and they also sent a text and photo to let us know when and who would arrive. This was much appreciated. The technician identified the problem, installed a new toilet set and finished the job promptly. We were able to schedule this as a same-day repair. We have worked with them before and would hire them again.
