Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electrical

The work was done readily after I called Berkey's. Our kitchen sink drains into a pipe that runs horizontally about 8 feet before reaching the main sewer drain. It readily has matter collect there, clogging it. So the Berkey's repair man cleaned it out, and got the drain running rapidly. As normal, the repair work done by Berkey's is well done, and the representative covers other matters. For instance the plumber told us that we could use 4" thick filter rather than the 1" currently used. We didn't know this was possible. All in all, the work was done with competence and I am very pleased.

Been waiting for months for them to repair a cracked pan on a brand new AC the installed. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. They send texts they will be coming and never do.

The Service Tech arrived early (a plus in my book), was quite knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way. Definitely value added to the company being represented.

average several things could be improved for example i never receiced a copy of my warranty, contract etc filter change did not bring correct filter??

Almost one year ago Berkey's installed a new air conditioning and heating system in our home. At the same time they installed a new hot water. Both projects were successfully completed by their outstanding technicians. We are now satisfied customers of Berkey's yearly maintenance program for our air conditioning/ heating, plumbing and electrical needs.

First trip was to unstop drains, second trip was to unstop drain from spare bathroom. Not long after the first time. Could it be not completely cleared first time.

On time, up front with quotes, and kept us apprised all through the process. We did price comparisons and Berkeys was very competitive, if not the best.

They did a good job overall. They had to excavate in the back (they use a contractor for that) and then replace the pipes leading from the washing machine to the sewer drain. This house is 60 years old and the old pipes just couldn't handle the water load, flooding the laundry room. The only problem we had was getting the excavation crew back out here to fill in the hole once the plumbing was done. There was some sort of confusion over whether Berkey's needed to get an inspector to go over the work first. It ended up being a couple of phone calls and about 3 weeks until they got the crew back out here. However, the crew did leave the excavation covered and a mound of dirt/rocks created a barrier to the hole so that our dog couldn't get to it, so that was a good thing. The pipes seem to be working just fine now.

They showed up the same day and even upgraded the system under the sink since it was connected to the spigot outside no extra charge.

Both technicians did a good job and described everything they did in detail on our statement. Both were friendly.

Berkeys is awesome. I use them for all my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical household needs.

The service person attempted to up sale the work, suggesting totally unnecessary repairs and even a total replacement. Not to mention it was grossly over priced! Glad I had sense to get more than one estimate. I will say he correctly diagnosed the problem, but then tried to over fix it by suggesting unnecessary repairs. Fast talking, I felt like I was being hustled. Not a good look for a professional company. Total turn off.

Perfect… The Technician was smart and did everything he said he would do… then he fully explained what needed to be fixed and the cost of the work.

Technician showed up when expected. Took precautions (e.g., mask & booties). Listened to issue we were having. Diagnosed problem. Quoted solution and quickly and efficiently got us up and running again. Even showed us how to prevent issue from reoccurring. Final price was same as quote and payment was smooth. A/C has been running without issue ever since.

GREAT!!!! They sent out their resident specialist on blocked drains and he sure was an expert. He cleared up the drain and made sure it was clear for sure before he left. He (I think his name was Clayton) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs as price was more than fair as well.
