+ -1 moreSo happy we called Berkeys. We knew them from a previous plumbing issue and trusted them. We had used the (well-known) company that installed the AC system a few years ago to try and repair our unit in the attic and they actually made it worse. They came out twice to attempt repair and ended up causing a leak in our attic. Berkeys came out, immediately identified and then repaired the multiple problems. Berkeys is now our go-to for heating and air as well as plumbing.

He (I think his name was Clayton) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs as price was more than fair as well.

+ 0 moreThe service person attempted to up sale the work, suggesting totally unnecessary repairs and even a total replacement. Not to mention it was grossly over priced! Glad I had sense to get more than one estimate. I will say he correctly diagnosed the problem, but then tried to over fix it by suggesting unnecessary repairs. Fast talking, I felt like I was being hustled. Not a good look for a professional company. Total turn off.
