The technician Joshua was great. Fixed iour problems in a timely manner.

Great. Even had a High Impact Air Filter installed so I would not have to change out monthly!

I had a positive experience with Burkey's technician, Corkey Langston recently on one of my rental properties in Arlington recently. So I requested him to check this property in Fort Worth. He was there on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Both jobs were handled very efficiently. The Plumbing job started as a leak repair in my ceiling which was my main concern but turned into descaling my tankless water heater, installing 2 toilets, installing 4 new bathroom faucet fixtures, installing a house pump to aid hot water distribution and a device to assist with ongoing descaling of my tankless water heater. They promised a certain level of performance and made good on that promise. Next job was for my 2 AC units, routine maintenance on a relatively new unit and a 14 year old unit. The tech was thorough, efficient and professional. All their techs wear booties in our house and don't leave a mess. Will continue to call them for future needs. May even add electrical to the plan.

experience was very good, continuation of strong service from Berkey's. 1] replacement of outside faucet (i.e., hose bib) went fine, not even a need for me to do any brickwork repair afterwards. Estimate provided was amount billed. 2] had a need to disconnect plumbing for the humidifier in HVAC unit. Technician took a look-see at the set-up, provided estimate, and did the work. No clean-up required afterwards. Technician used covers over his boots when entering the hours, every time. Invoice was as expected, was also able to have it emailed to me for long-term reference.

Pleasant experience overall. Customer service was friendly and helpful with scheduling. The tech (Eleazar) arrived on time and was professional, friendly and helpful through the entire process. He explained his findings to my complete satisfaction and was very patient with my many questions. Unclogging of drain and repairs were needed and were completed promptly. Berkeys obviously takes pride in the work they do and appreciates their customers from my experience. I would highly recommend them for any heating/cooling work you may need done and I will be using them again in the future.

This company did very well in responding to all our issues and completed our work in good time with great quality. They clearly have a strong culture of customer service and satisfaction. They made some lapses and errors, but bent over backward to make everything right, and quickly too. Due to the errors, including a broken commode, they comped all the work, which was substantial, and made the corrections quickly with a high quality replacement commode and a superior installation. Their 123 drain service, with the camera inspection, is a great deal in the DFW market. It was very helpful to see the drain line after it was cleaned out, to see where the problems were. Sal, our tech, was unfailingly polite, kind, and professional, even when things went wrong (some of which were not his fault.) And he worked diligently to correct them. His work was high quality, very thorough, neat, clean. I recommend them highly for plumbing work.

My downstairs AC unit wasn't cooling like it should so I had Berkey's come out for a regular inspection. The tech identified that I was low on coolant but was unable to identify the source of the leak. He figured it was most likely my coil and quoted me $3800 to replace it. The price seemed high based on what I could see with a quick Google search so I decided to get a 2nd quote. I called another provider in the area, didn't provide much detail other than I needed a quote to replace the coil for my 5 ton unit. Without knowing the other price or the original equipment quoted, they quoted me the same product for $2400. They came out that evening to inspect and make sure they would be good to install the coil the next day - they couldn't find a leak around the coil and ended up identifying the source of the leak as most likely due to a missing cap on my compressor unit (which wasn't found by the first tech). They topped off my coolant, added some dye so if there is a leak elsewhere we can spot it, replaced the cap and charged me about $225. So possibly I'll still need some additional work if it does turn out there is a leak in my coil or elsewhere but I'll still have saved a ton vs. going with the Berkey's (and possibly still not having my problem solved after spending all that $$$ with them). Additionally, after the Berkey's tech left we discovered that our downstairs unit wasn't functioning at all. It turned out that the tech had neglected to flip a switch back on before wrapping up (he called me on the phone and walked me through where the switch was in my attic). The tech also ended up coming back out later that evening to retrieve the end piece of their leak detector that had been left on top of our upstairs unit in our attic. Not very professional on either counts.

Contractor / salesman showed up to review the work. Quote was for over $6000. My own review found I could get all the parts for less than half that number. When I told him I had quotes for less than $3000 total, he said he couldn't do the work for that number and then wanted to bill me for the trip charge to come do the estimate.

The AC that was not working started up immediately. The house was cool again in no time.

The tech was professional and courteous. Very informative. Wasn't sure of price to charge and called his manager to make sure he was quoting us correctly.

I called at 8:30 pm the night before . Jerry Smith was the technician, who we have used over four years, was at our house by 8:30 in the morning He diagnosed the problem, outed a price and completed the work and was done by 9:15. No mess left over,very efficient and very friendly. He recommended using bioOne for keeping line clean..have used now for two years. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Berkey's plumbing.

The plumber that Berkey's sent was Jerry Smith. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then explained every repair/replacement option to me and my wife. Neither one of us are very knowledgeable in this area. Jerry was very patient, answering every question we had. He quoted us a price for the option we chose, and that was the price that we ended up paying, even as some other things that were unexpected had to be taken care of. During the installation of the new unit, there were some hurdles for the crew to overcome, but they did so, even as the day grew late. Once they had the new unit installed, it did not work properly, so Jerry came back out. He, again, patiently and methodically, worked on the unit until it was working right. I have had other plumbers out to the house before, but none were as nice and thorough as Berkey's. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future issues.

Nick did an excellent job and the work was covered under warranty. Hopefully the Bio One I purchased will keep the drain running properly.

We got completely ripped off. We ended up paying $218 to have him re-light the pilot light! On the phone I was told it would be $69 for them to come out, which we assumed would include them looking at the water heater to figure out the problem. Nope, that was just to drive here. On top of that, it would be an additional $119 just to diagnose! I let him do the diagnostic because he assured me it would be applied to any repair charges and I figured any repair would be at least that much. I also let him upgrade my $69 charge to $99 to be on their "maintenance plan" so that we could get discounted repair rates. Well $218 later and literally only 5 minutes of him being in my attic, all he had done was re-light the pilot and couldn't figure out what may have caused it to go out! And even with their special maintenance plan, if it goes out again, we'd still get charged $50 for them to come back out each and every time. He tried to talk me into a new water heater, routine maintenance, etc. Just a big sales pitch and complete rip off!

The technicians were great. They were very friendly and professional. They showed me what was wrong and gave me options to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough about the quality, patience, honesty and friendliness of Nick who came out to check some plumbing issues. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Finding services from tv or online don't always work out well, but this time we got so lucky and will be calling Berkey's for any future plumbing, electric and ac problems! It feels good to be able to have trust in a business, and Berkey's has our trust. Thanks Nick!!!
