Excellent. Berkeys is keeping our systems running great.

I pay for it on a yearly basis, yeah, it's like a subscription type of thing. I mean, you pay a hundred bucks and they come out and do an A/C tune up and furnace tune up in the winter. If I had to, I would use Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical again.

Excellent. Everything was in great shape. Corkey was early, but we were called in advance for approval. He was quiet, organized, and efficient. After completing the inspection inside and out, he explained everything that was inspected. He then answered several questions I had on our system. He was very a good listener, very knowledgeable, forthright in his answers, and gave a real sense of security. A great experience from Berkeys as usual.

Excellent — did a quick easy fix on one item I thought would cost a couple hundred; so instead I was able to address a leaky spigot that needed replacement. Daniel was profession, timely, informative and very helpful with information and guidelines for things like flushing hot water heater, code requirements for spigots, trying to "save" my garden hose that was corroded over time by the spigot leak

Berkey's came to our rescue again! Their customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and professionalism are a rarity these days and much appreciated. Thank you Berkey's!

The Service techs arrived and promptly went to work analyzing the problem, and then took appropriate actions to correct the problem. I will definitely have them out again to perform seasonal maintenance on the unit.

We just bought a new home and, wouldn't you know it, the AC went out within the first week of moving in. Tren came out to fix our AC. The experience couldn't have been better. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. The appointment was scheduled promptly upon calling. Everyone has been so helpful and courteous.

They were very nice and professional. They were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable with workers in my house which is sometimes not the case. They assessed the job, explained the cost beforehand and efficiently went about getting it done. I've only used them once but will call them first in the future.

I have had two gentlemen come to the house from Berkey's. Both individual's could not have been more professional and honest. They were straight forward, clean, and respectable. I now subscribe to there yearly tune up service for my a/c and heat. You can't go wrong with this company!

Great. When you get quotes compare line by line; important features make a big difference in price. Make sure you get a city inspection after work is done.

I use Berkeys for all AC/Heating, Electrical and plumbing needs. Very professional, take time to explain, clean up. Been using them for many years and will continue using as long as the service and value stays the same.

The men were professional, pleasant, and took care to place the new lighting exactly where i wanted. They did excellent work, took care to make sure everything was done correctly, and cleaned up all debris.

It went great, he took his time trying to determine what the problem was, and once he figured it out it was fixed really quickly. I called the company at 8:30am, and within an hour and a half someone was at my door. I was really impressed at how quickly they got someone out to the house. The whole experience was A+!

They were very fast with their service, arrived promptly, and fixed the problem pretty quickly. They were very nice and clearly explained the problem and the procedures that they were going to do. A little more pricey than I originally thought, but the overall service and fix in under a couple hours makes the price paid worth it.

The replacement went very well, with all of the work done with very high quality. Berkey's was very good about keeping me informed on their arrival times and the length of time that the job would take. They also were accurate about the amount of work that they recommended be done in order to have the system perform properly, and did not cut corners.

Twice in a two week span (once on a weekend and once at night) we had to place emergency calls to Berkey's for repairs. Technicians were dispatched promptly and repairs were completed quickly for reasonable charges. I would never call any HVAC company except Berkey's.

The electricians were on time and very helpful. They got the job done and gave an estimate on future work to be done.

I hired Berkeys to install a plumbed natural gas grill. I was able to schedule the service at my convenience and not have to wait a lengthy time. The technician was extremely professional, punctual and courteous. He explained everything to me ad was able to complete the job in a minimal amount of time.

Our technician is courteous, knowledgeable and timely. We always request him when we have an issue at our house. Cost is always discussed/explained before any work commences. Two years ago, when we had a slab leak, these guys were amazing.

Berkeys employees are extremely professional and friendly. I have been working with them for two years now for both HVAC and Plumbing issues as they come up. They are alwasy on time, patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all of your questions and there is no hard selling with additional services or products. Their quality of work is excellent and I never have a concern or issue after the work is completed. They have installed a new heater and helped with some plumbing issues of the years.
