Perfect expierence with Berkey's. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. When I call they schedule an sooointment time and the tech shows up on time and fixes the problem in one visit.

The work was completed in a timely manner. All questions that I had for the technician were answered in a courteous and professional manner. Will continue to use Berkeys for all our plumbing needs.

We had another great visit from a Berkeys technician today, since we're part of their annual BAM membership. Mitch was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I never felt pressured to upgrade or buy unwanted services or equipment; rather, he provided honest assessments of my systems and recommendations for improvements.

Great! I have a standing services agreement with Berkeys for HVAC and Plumbing (free inspections twice yearly, including A/C and Heating check-ups at the appropriate times, plus discount on any other services), and I am always happy with their service, including electrical! I'd recommend them to anyone, and will sign another agreement in a heartbeat when my current one expires! (Note when you see the cost - I provided the fan myself.)

It went great. Installers came to the house, discussed requirements (old lighting wasn't efficient and didn't illuminate areas well) and provided a detailed recommendation and estimate with costs and work specified. When they came to do the work, they were prompt, professional and had everything they needed to do the job. They worked with two-story ladders around my grand piano and other furniture and took great care to ensure no damage to them. Before they left, they made sure I understood the zones and the new equipment and they left the work area clean. I am very pleased with the new lighting and I will definitely use this vendor for electrical work in the future.

I bought a service package from Berkeys for AC and heat - wasn't thrilled with them trying to upsell repairs/replacements both times they came out, but that's another story. An object fell into the toilet and got flushed, and the toilet stopped working, so I called Berkeys. Their service guy told me I needed some plumbing work on the toilet and I approved it. When he did that, to test the line he flushed a huge amount of toilet paper without telling me. I believe I'd told him I had problems with my sewer lines backing up, and because of all of this toilet paper, sure enough the lines started backing up again. He came out but only had a snake that would handle so much, so he couldn't correct the issue. I was out another $300 to call another service to have them clear the lines, and Berkeys didn't take responsibility for their part in causing the problem. On top of that, the toilet he worked on is now somehow wobbling. I would not use them again.

Things went well after our initial horrible diagnosis. During our routine BAM inspection, Roger discovered that our furnace fan wasn't working. So, at the very least we needed a nearly $1,000 fan for our ancient furnace. Our ancient AC coils weren't far behind. We knew we had been running on borrowed time with the furnace for quite a while. Roger laid out and thoroughly explained all our options, then left us alone to decide. We decided to go all the way and get the American Standard 4-ton gas system with a 12-year warranty on parts and labor. The job was scheduled for the next day. The installers were prompt and efficient. Roger came back two days later to inspect their work and found everything up to par. We've had Berkeys for several repairs/maintenance and have always found them to be responsive and reliable. We're not sure if we got the lowest possible price on the unit, but, because of our experience with Berkeys, we had no desire to shop around.

Prices were comparable to other sources but service was exceptional. Technician arrived on time, had replacement unit, proper tools and knowledge to analyze problem and quickly solve the issue. Technician was properly dressed, used good safety procedures and cleaned area after work was completed. I have used this company before and will use them again if plumbing service is required

Everything went well. Setting the appointment was easy and customer service was friendly and helpful. Tech arrived on time for the appointment and was friendly and profession from start to finish. He was patient with all of our questions as well. Additional work was needed and it was fully explained and the work was completed promptly and with no hassles. Would definitely recommend Berkeys for any heating or A/C work that you may have.

Four years ago, we purchased an older home that has needed quite a few updates. I called Berkeys and joined the BAM membership which is a great bargain!! From inspections to labor, every technician has been professional, caring and thorough in detailing what was needed and the cost of it. Their office staff is pleasant and helpful. Awesome - came when they said they would, did the work, emailed me the invoice all with a professional and friendly attitude. And the central office calls to tell me when theyre on the way and checks back after to make sure everything went as promised.

To begin, the serviceman, Mike, arrived right at the scheduled time. I accompanied him while he serviced the furnace and as he inspected/checked various functions, he explained to me what they did and the condition. But more important was our conversation that lead to his recommendation for an air purification system that would be greatly beneficial for my family's health. He then followed up with an email with more information about that. What I find best about their service is that they give me a summary of the current condition of the system, possible future service needs, and recommendations without any pressure to make decisions on additional service. I have used Berkeys for several years and their service has always been great in every regard.

Excellent. Bryce located the leak and quickly fixed it. Nice and neat job. We are now ready for Thanksgiving.

The Berkeys technician came out, checked out the system and gave us an estimate and heater options. He was very professional and we were not pressured. He answered all the questions we had. The installation was then scheduled at our convenience and the crew called us before arrival to tell us they were on the way. They put down floor coverings and wore booties over their shoes. Installation was smooth and they went over what they did at the end of the job. Another technician came out the next business day to inspect and make sure everything was done properly and to answer any questions. We were very pleased with the service and the professionalism. We liked it that they would call us to tell they were on the way. Would highly recommend them.

Berkeys is great. They send a reminder email of the appointment the business day before the appointment and call ahead on the day of, when the technician is on the way. They show up on time and act in a professional manner. Their bi-annual HVAC tune up is a fantastic price and their package services are also excellent. They keep my system running properly and make suggestions, not demands, on what could be updated or fixed to help mitigate future issues. They've treated me well so far, so I'll keep doing business with them. Very happy with the services.
