Raphael is a great technician and response and recommendation was above my expectations!

Called on Thursday, got appointment for Friday morning. Technician showed up right on time, explained what was wrong, fixed it and was gone in less than 2 hours.

They looked for something wrong, found a little thing wrong and told me I needed a new furnace. We had to pay them to look to find something wrong. That's really why they were out there, trying to find a reason for us to buy a new furnace. It was a big hassle. We called another provider and they were much better, but he diagnosed the problem down to a $1100 circuit board, which seemed pretty high, but at least it wasn't a $4,000 furnace. He was more professional and was trying to do the right thing. But, these furnace companies are not fix-it companies, they are replace-it companies. So they don't fix anything, they can't repair anything, all they do is replace what is broken. That is the most expensive way to be. They thought they saw a problem. They wanted $180 to take part of the furnace apart to look and see if it was really a problem. It really wasn't the problem and they put it back together and they wanted to be paid for that. So we paid them then and then we complained and we got some of it back. They really didn't do anything. They were on time.

They have not tried to overly take advantage of their visits to sell me things. They thoroughly inspect the units and give a status and any advice they may have. The technicians are friendly and my overall experience with the company has left little room for complaint.

Service agent diagnosed and repaired issue swiftly. I received prompt, and courteous service. Fees paid were very reasonable for the work completed.

We were extremely happy with the process. They were professional, courteous, extremely helpful and we were surprised how quickly they came out on a Sunday. Most other Plumbers were closed on Sunday's.

From the phone call to make the appointment to the minute the technician left the property, this was a very professional experience. arrived on schedule assessed the problem discussed options with me rebuilt part of both toilets went over work he completed with me reviewed the invoice with me left with a handshake and left no mess behind

They checked the line, but never followed up to our satisfaction. They gave us a quote of many thousands of dollars, but never wrote down what was covered, what discounts were applied, and exactly what the scope of the work was. Technician said he would provide financing options, but he never did. Technician did not give my husband and I the same information and claimed to each of us that he had provided information to the other. Never provided with written information regarding warranty of work.

Would highly recommend Berkeys. There customer service is the best I have ever had. Very polite and professional.

They did excellent job, but slightly over priced.

This is an original plumbing installation over 30 years old, so there was a lot of concern as to whether or not the repair could be made without having to tear out the whole tub. The Berkeys Master Plumber was able to fix it without tearing everything apart.

The tech's name is Greg. He took his time going over the system and checked everything out to make sure it was ok. We will see him in the summer for the AC.

Edward Jones, the technician was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Great service at a reasonable price. Call Berkeys and be sure to talk about their club plan. We will use them for our A/C equipment.

They were unable to fix the issue and contacted a restoration service for us. They were very honest.

Excellent, technician diagnosed and resolved issue with thermostat. Tech also diagnosed problem with flames having too much yellow content. Installed carbon monoxide detectors in home as preventative measure and quoted new furnace system on my request.

Found no freon in unit but unable to pinpoint and seal the leak. Thought maybe leak small so recharged system for recheck in a couple of months to see magnitude of leak and possibly locate the leak for repair.

They have a membership plan where they come out every year and check the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and now, too, electrical. They are very good about sending you a card and reminding you. They always call me 30 minutes before they arrive. They wear little booties on their feet.

Everything went well. We have been with Berkey for a number of years for electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning and have always received prompt, courteous service. And if repairs or replacements were needed, those were handled appropriately as well.

It was good. They could give me a better deal.

They installed and service my furnace. It took one day to install and was a lot of work. They worked really hard to get it done. The condenser was 3-4 tons and the heating unit had to be the same. So, the pricing was a little high. It's quieter and I don't have to change the filter.

Found two problems with our toilet fixtures and two slow running drains. All have been fixed. The charges were for BioOne, a drain cleaner. We had a coupon that we used to help offset the total costs.

When I made the appointment to have 4 smoke alarms installed, I asked customer rep what kind of cost guesstimate I could expect. She reported that she was not able to offer that info and that the electrician would give me that info when he arrived at the job site. In restrospect, the electrician did not tell me what the charge would be until AFTER the detectors were already installed.!! Well ... my bad! The work was performed in less than 20 minutes with two electricians. When the lead electrician set up my invoice at the job site, he charged me $303 for having installed 4 smoke detectors in less than 20 minutes. The work was professional, efficient and a good install. When I called the next day to speak with the electrical supervisor and to ask for an explanation about what I consider to be exorbitant pricing, the supervisor decided to argue with me about my complaint. After repeatedly scolding and talking down to me, I told him I will accept responsibility for paying this $303 invoice and I've done so; BUT I will NEVER USE THIS VENDOR AGAIN and would not recommend him to a friend! I don't do repeat business with someone who cannot be trusted.

They fixed it temporarily but said I would need additional work in the future. They explained what the problem was and why they could not warranty it. They were very honest and upfront. I would certainly hire them again.
