Because we were about to leave town, we needed assistance right away. Berkeys arranged for a technician (Tim) to make a service call the next day. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the situation; identified the problem; and in short order made the necessary repairs. I was so pleased that I purchased an electrical maintenance agreement with Berkeys .

My plumber was excellent. He was highly skilled, professional, and genuinely nice and pleasant. The shower install was done perfectly. From the receptionist/scheduler to the plumber all was excellent. As a result, I signed up for a year's service and plan to use no one but Berkeys.

Tren did a fantastic job explaining everything with a great sense of humor, it was clear that he loved working for Berkeys. The text message sent 30 minutes before he arrived with his photo included was a great security touch so he could be identified when he arrived. The automation of your service system was really nice. Berkeys even came out on a Texas summer day, the same day I called and excellent pricing. Fantastic!

Got a maintenance plan everything was fine and then three weeks later we had a leak. Then was charged $460 for one and a half pounds of Freon, which should have costed market value around $60 at most. Then was told we would need a leak test done for $150 but after two calls never called and there was supposedly a market shortage of the liquid required to perform the test. Shockingly enough we called another company to test our air conditioning unit and there was no leak. Berkys would not admit that it was due to a Left off during the maintenance test. It would not fully refund us our money however they did refund us around three Fourths of the money we paid. They just do not seem trustworthy because they would not admit any fault. But I was told that if they found out it was their fault everything would be refunded and they would admit that.

The technician was friendly, did the job well and was punctual. I will hire again.

Great! Kory Dyson of Berkeys AC was prompt and very professional. He did a review of our sinks, toilets, and washing machine connections as well as flushing our hot water tank. He documented his findings and emailed them to us within two hours for our records. He thoroughly explained the benefits of joining the Berkeys Plumbing Club Membership. I believe it to be a great value because the club members are offered quick services with discount prices.

GREAT!! Berkley's employees were professional, courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. No hidden fees, everything was upfront and did not try to up sell. Very attentive to the cleanup process afterwards. Very reasonable price as well.

Great. I called at 10am on Saturday Sept 2, a holiday weekend, and Jaden was at my door by 3:45 pm. He was polite and very professional, and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use Berkeys again!

When installing a cold water pipe ground, they caused a leak that had to be repaired and it also caused damage to the kitchen flooring. This company fortunately also has a plumbing division. They took care of the repairs, drying out and made financial adjustments to compensate. Other than the inconvenience all went well.

Nick managed to get the broken pipe out of the wall,saving me from replacing the whole shower enclosure. Thank you. Mike Andersen

This was an excellent experience. They picked up the phone right away and scheduled me for the next day. They sent me a text telling me the tech was on the way and Roger showed up, showed me what the issue was, gave me choices for the repair, then executed the fix quickly and professionally. I'm a huge fan of great service and this was simply excellence. Furthermore, as a result, I also purchased their planned maintenance program to ensure a similar result in the future.

They were here 30 minutes (approx) after we called-on a Saturday! The problem actually needed a plumber (from Berkeys), which was scheduled promptly for the next day. The work went very well, very fast, the cleanup was great and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Last year our AC went out and our house was 95 degrees and rising. We called Berkey's and they were able to send a technician out the next day in the AM. The quality of work was affordable and great customer service. They offered an AC Check up package and they also came out once in spring and once in winter for a tune up just to make sure everything was working well. It was pouring down rain the day we had originally scheduled it and so we cancelled. I forgot to reschedule until recently and they were able to send someone out the next day. It wasn't until after the technician did a thorough check of everything that I found out that our check up package had actually expired. However, they were so gracious to allow the check up since we had to reschedule and hadn't taken advantage of it yet. So appreciate this great customer service and honest service. They could have charged for payment stating "you are no longer covered" but appreciate they saw we hadn't use the check up yet.

The electrician knew his stuff and fixed the problem in a short amount of time.

The technician was running late and showed up clearly upset about another job. He told us the fan motor and blade needed to be replaced. It was a quick job and the unit was up and working again. We didn't have time to call around for another quote, but $1,000 seems excessive for a new fan motor and blade. And, apparently that was a discounted rate since we have an annual contract with them.

The job went very well. Daniel was very professional and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. He suggested a solution that worked well for us and completed the job in no-time. We have used Berkey's for years for AC/Heading and now we are using them for plumbing, too. They are always very quick to respond and set appointments.

The repair was good. The technician was excellent. He was professional, clean and pleasant to deal with. I thought price could have been more competitive. The service technician was here early and did the repair timely.

The technician found a fault with a pull chain fixture in the utility closet. The ground wire was touching the metal tab the hot wire connects to due to the cramped size of the old junction box. I had repaired it a couple of months before and the ground wire apparently did not fold up the way I had intended when I pushed the fixture back up to the box. This was definitely a learning experience for this DIYer. The discount coupon from Angies List paid for this year's subscription. Thanks Angie!

Scheduling was very easy. Their technology platform is very strong, emailing you that plumber is on the way. Plumbing technician was very seasoned, professional, and assessed what was wrong very quickly, and determined where my main drain was in the house in less than 10 minutes. The challenge with Berkeys is that they want to go off a fixed fee schedule. In this case, a main drain service was $342 and they want you to approve that before they do it. I approved and it took the technician exactly 8 minutes to snake the drain ($2,500 an hour). My strong suggestion if you want to use Berkeys for plumbing is that you request an hourly rate service, and tell them you are not going to book the appointment if they dont agree to do the services hourly. I had a toilet valve that need to be replaced, and the fixed fee for that was $203. The Fluidmaster was $7.99 and it literally just took me 10 minutes to replace it and 3 minutes was looking for a bucket for the water to drain into. Back to Tierneys I go.
