We have a contract with them. We've only used them twice. They've been on time. If they weren't on time, they'd call. They were good. We haven't used them long enough to know how they would be.

This is the first year we've used them. We have a contract with them. It's one of those things where you pay a certain amount a year and you get 2 free checkups. They may be a little higher than others, but not that much.

Excellent, they cleared the drains quickly and checked for the cause which turned out to be debris in the line against a tree root.

By far the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Professional, courteous, punctual, and good follow up. Our A/C system went out after 17yrs of usage. We called them up to look at it and decided just to replace the whole system. They did the work and I'm impressed with the quality and timeliness to do it all within several days after initial call up. They will be my "go-to" people for any future HVAC work.

They were not given the job as their quote was way out of line, over ten times higher than the competitor who was given the business ( and did an excellent job). I followed up with Berkeys and they were quite cavalier and didn't seem to care about losing a 20-year customer.

The inspection went well - they were courteous and professional. They answered my questions completely and provided some recommendations for things like surge protection, gas bonding and adding smoke alarms to the bedrooms. They didn’t pressure me at all, but I now have a list of items to check off in the future. I’ve used Berkey’s for a number of years and while they aren’t the cheapest, they know their stuff and I’ve never regretted using their services.

The system was installed when they said they would and at the price quoted. They cleaned up their mess and were friendly all the way through.

The heating tune up went great. We are on the BAM HVAC membership plan which means Berkeys comes out for a heating and a/c tune up each year. They came out six months ago for our a/c tune up and then yesterday for the heating. Our technician was friendly, wore foot protection to protect our carpet while he was working, efficient, and seemed very thorough. We are very pleased with the membership plan and the service we have received. Our plan is $99 for one heating and one a/c tune up a year which is almost half the cost of what we used to pay with another company.

They were very late....but did come - did not cancel.

They did the job, they did it for the price they said it was just a little steep.

Professional, prompt, but wildly over priced. He quoted $6200 to replace two 50 gallon water heaters. I'm having the work completed today for $2200. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I'd also purchased two of their "membership" options - for HVAC and plumbing - which I am now canceling - given how overpriced their services were. I would not recommend.

Perfect. Richard was personable yet professional. I love Berkeys and call them for air conditioning, plumbing and electrical problems.
