He came and was very professional and Kind to explain everything to me.

Ryan from Berkeys was awesome! He was quick to diagnose the issue and took the time to explain what was going on and what he was checking. He identified it as a quick fix, and didn't even end up charging anything outside of the dispatch fee. He also said if it acts up anytime within the next couple of weeks, to let Berkeys know and they'll send someone out for free. At a time when it seems that everyone is out to take advantage of the customer, Berkeys has never given me that feeling, and I will continue to trust them with my AC/Heating needs.

Everyone I encountered at Berkys was a spectacular professional... from everything from the initial service call, to the initial assessment, to the work that was performed. Everybody was phenomenal, and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. The technicians they sent over we’re extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything so well to me. I would definitely use Becky‘s again and I highly recommend to anyone else.

I contacted Berkey's for information regarding HVAC and Electrical services. I was connected to customer service right away and Kathy helped me get connected to the services that I needed. I scheduled a service call with an electrician for the same morning and received service within a couple of hours. Victor, the electrician, was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated his expert advice and that he took the time to review and explain my options for repairs needed for my home. I had 5 GFCI outlets, but I intend on scheduling another appointment for service on a much bigger project. He was quick and tidy, which is also appreciated too.

This company came to my rescue when another plumber failed to properly install a new tankless water heater system in my house. The other company failed to properly install a bigger gas line and properly ground the system. This resulted in a delay of several weeks and a 4 day period when we had no hot water or heat!! Berkey's also located and corrected a natural gas line leak.

This group is very professional and timely. Mike came in with booties and his work was quick and efficient. Great group and thorough.

THIS COMPANY AND STAFF ARE TREMENDOUSLY PROFESSIONAL. THEEIR LINES OF COMMUNICATION SECOND TO NONE.......THEY SHOW UP AND PERFORM THEIR TASKS, WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR.

Prior to the visit I received a phone call letting me know the technician was on his way. I also received a text and email with a photo of the tech which I thought was a nice touch. They were on time and after the inspection I was very thoroughly informed of the condition of my HVAC system along with photos. My system is 10 years old so I really appreciated all the info I was given on what to expect from my system and which parts will likely fail in the coming years. There were no attempts to upsell anything, just info which is just what I wanted. I will definitely use them in the future.
