Description of Work: Prompt, thorough, professional, well priced... Best of all, have not seen a live roach in my house or garage since! If I see any in 3 months, I know who to call. Thank goodness... Now my house feels much more like home.

Description of Work: They originally came on August 31 for pest control...especially fire ants. They told me I would probably need a follow-up on the ants and encouraged me to call. They returned again today for the ants only (other insects gone) and he found the hidden source. I have paid nothing additional and the service men were exactly on time. There was no AM, Noon, or PM, a precise time was given and the service guys were here...REALLY IMPRESSIVE and effective.

Description of Work: The service seems to be good. They came second time since I found lot of Roaches. But, for some reason, I can't get rid of roaches completely even after second application within a month.

The service is guaranteed to eliminate your roach problem. I see where we did the first service 7-6-2012 and then a follow up on 8-6-2012. Sometimes it can take more than one follow up. Sometimes it takes a while for the treatments to work. Either way if you call to let us know there is more work to do we will schedule a time to address it.
