They are very good. The person that's been coming to my house his name is Dave. He knows the house and they are very good.

James MIllspa and Jim arrived on time and finished all of the work in 25 minutes. They did not charge anything for the inspections or for adding steel wool to cover the gap in a hole on the outside of the house. They did an excellent job and the price was excellent! Very professional!

We like their technician (Paul) because he is experienced, thorough, friendly, and very professional. Since we began using their service we have had no pest issues!

Well, they did my house for a while. I had a big disaster in the house where everything was torn up for a while. So, there wasn't any reason for them to come around. Well, I did use them to find a mouse. Nowadays they're kind of expensive. So, eventually, the mouse apparently died. The price was actually pretty high it was about $90 and they told me in advance that it was going to be that way. But he also able to diagnose what kind of animal it was. Usually, I had them before I was protected from roaches and they were fine with that and they had just started doing rodents. This is my experience. Overall, I would give them an "A" because I'd rather the other work than they do than the mouse because I think they were pretty high about that. Actually, one of the traps did catch a gigantic animal eventually. But there was another animal that kept sneaking in the house, but I didn't kill him, I repelled him with mint oil. They're very nice, in fact; I had a lot of conversation with him through the website. I sent a comment to him, and he answered the question which was kind of interesting. I really never done that with anyone before. At least one of them dies. One rodent was killed by their trap. The other rodent, I don't know how he died. He was very responsive.

James Stuart is extremely experienced and gave me a thorough analysis of the situation. He is very honest and candid, different from some other pest control companies who tend to exaggerate the situation and recommend unnecessary treatment. I'm so glad that I called Stuart Pest Control. No wonder the company has a great record on both BBB.org and Angie's List. If you have a special case or would like to have an honest professional opinion, I would recommend a call to this company.

I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. I had called them to get it set up to where I can have an account with them. The girl said yeah they do that then they checked with the owner said no they do not because the owner does not trust me, not a friendly experience.

Had a very hard time getting them out. When I explained my situation, they said that they couldn't help me because I wasn't a regular customer. They said that if there was an established relationship, they would have made the extra effort. Not really what someone wants to hear.

I have the same friendly technician every time. He is on time, and they set real times (not huge windows of time). He is sweet to my kids, answers all my extra questions, and has applied specialized treatments for ants before for no charge. They are also persistent in calling me to schedule my service- I tend to need that reminder! I always recommend them!

They were professional, prompt, and didn't try to up-sell me. I would use them again.

The service person that does our house is very professional. We had an insect problem with out prior service provider and our situation is much better then it was. They are a little higher then what we were paying.

I had utilized this company about 2-3 years ago for a one-time treatment for those large cockroaches. They came out and sprayed around everything. We didn't see a roach for a few years until recently we had to contact Stuart's to come and repeat the spray. He was on time, professional, and took his time to educate me on the source of a particular "poop" that was on our water heater. this is a top notch business and will see him again in the future.

My first contact was with Trish in the office. Trish was very professional and patient. She was very thorough and her explanations were very clear, very detailed and understandable, unlike contacts I had with other pest services. This initial contact with Trish set the stage for a good professional relationship. It's very important to mention that the way Trish handled the first contact is definitely a plus for the company, unlike other companies who obviously wanted to make it short and quick. Additionally, she was very upbeat and not grumpy, like others. The tech was Fernando. He arrived early and was very accommodating in that he put booties over his shoes. He treated the interior with me right alongside showing what and what not to spray. Then he created a barrier on the exterior by spraying all around. Fernando was very professional and personable. And the type that you can be comfortable with inside the house, not having to worry about anything negative while he was there.

We have been using Stuart for over a year now I believe - it all started with an ant problem and I went to Angie's List to find a provider. David is our technician and he is always prompt, cordial and puts up with all my questions about bugs and pesticide :) We really appreciate his service. We have recently had an issue with bugs in the trash can - they just don't die no matter how much Lysol I use or how much I hose down the trash cans! He said he had something and then proceeded to spray the trash cans and explained what would happen. I will continue to use Stuart for our pest control needs because of the service provided by David. They were able to come out the same day (I called 7 AM, they came 3 PM). They killed the termites on the window and did spot treatment around the house. We found the termite nest sidled next to the house and got it taken care of. Greg was my service guy and he was awesome. Very efficient and professional. Price was very fair.

I was having my bathroom remodeled and found termites. Called them and they were able to come out and treat inside the bathroom the same day. Had to wait a few days for the outside treatment due to heavy rain. They knew the treatment would not work with the heavy rain. Came out as soon as it stopped. Fernando was the person who did the work. He was great on both occasions. I will never use any one else since I have found Stuart's. Fernando was very professional and friendly. I could not have gotten a better person to do the work. The people I talked to in the office were also great. They kept me informed as to when the work could be done. This is the company to use.
