Friday night, we were swarmed by flying insects in our house, which we assumed they were termites. We tried calling on Saturday, but I don't think they work then. We were able to get ahold of them on Monday and they came out as soon as they could. Fernando dropped by and he was extremely professional and a good guy. We saved some of the insects in a bag for him to look at and when he got here he took out his magnifying glass and inspected them and determined that they were not termites, but ants. He explained the different between ants and termites, with wing sizes, straight or crooked antennae, and body segments. We showed him the area we saw them coming out of and he checked it out and then went in the attic and thoroughly inspected it as well, just to be sure. Fernando put some white powder looking stuff in the hole, attic, and around the window. He then proceeded to spray the entire inside of the house and then moved to the outside. Overall, it was a great experience and we plan to use them again.

Jacob came out to my house and he was great! He was punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. Also he didn't mind taking off his shoes, which is important to me. I would definitely recommend him and his service to anyone.

Tech was right on time and very friendly. He sprayed mostly everywhere. Didn't go in attic and didn't spray in bath traps but maybe they don't do bath traps anymore, but attics are listed as one of the places they treat on the website. Overall a normal preventive pest control visit. Havent seen any critters after treatment. They do an excentlent job on spraying outside, they sprayed everywhere. Wish I would have been informed if I needed to wait on letting my dogs out. I will be using them for my quarterly treatment and I'll get them in the attic next time...lol... Kyle Loyd

As usual, the tech showed up on time and went straight to work. He sprayed the whole house and yard in about 30 minutes or so. AND as usual, I haven't had any roaches or other pests to deal with and don't expect to before my next quarterly service. I love this company. I've used them for a good 15 years.

They performed the service and it came with a 1 year warranty. We have not had any additional termit problems since we had the provide the treatment. We will use them for all future pest control issues.

Provider was clean, neat, friendly.....reminded us we would get a discount for using Angie's list. We would use them again.

Gentleman was a little late which would be fine but I would like a phone call to know that someone will be late so I don't assume they just aren't showing. He was very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. The owner was especially nice during my original phone call to set up the service. Honored discount from Angie's List and had plenty of payment options. I was offered the option of calling in my credit card -- which in these days, is nice to be trusted as a consumer. They said they would call in three months to see if I wanted service again so we'll see if that happens. We haven't made it that long yet. We did see a decrease in the amount of pests especially wasps which was a huge concern. The do offer a warranty on certain types of pests which we haven't needed.

Fernando came out to do pest control. Arrived early which was great. Not only provided professional service for the items I had requested but also made time to address some issues that were not scheduled. He was friendly, courteous and helpful with what services I needed to have done. Did not try to sell additional services but did those things which I requested.

The gentleman that came to our house came on time (was actually early), was professional and efficient, and had a sense of humor. While we only saw bugs sporadically before the treatment and treatment was more for prevention, since treatment, we have seen NOTHING. Will sign on for the quarterly service. Great experience.

Paul was extremely courteous, and informative. Also, he called me ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was there on time, and was very efficient.

Provider showed up on time, was professional and performed services as expected. Provider gave advice on how to minimize chance for future pest (insect, bug) problems.

The representatives (Robby + trainee) were able to arrive at my house ahead of schedule (12:20pm for a 1pm appointment) but were good about giving me a phone call (15 min early, had asked for 30 min). They allowed me 15 min to finish getting myself ready plus herd my cats into their carrier. It took them ~20 min to spray the interior of my 3 story house for cat fleas, then ~10 min to spray the garage, driveway, and tight areas between houses (4 townhouses on 1 lot). I was really satisfied w/ Robby's professionalism and communication. I know he had done this many times before, and helped me understand what they were doing. I was told to stay out of the house for 2 hr while the treatment set. After returning I've had no problems so far, and if I haven't revised this review on a future date then I'm still happy with it :-)

We scheduled Stuart's Pest Control to do an initial pest control treatment at our new house. The house was new construction so no prior treatments had been completed. We scheduled the initial visit the same day as our closing, and we were actually a bit late getting to the house for the appointment. Fernando, on the other hand, was on-time and waiting for us at our arrival. I had called to let him know we were going to be late and had given him permission to begin treating the lawn. He had finished by the time we arrived. Fernando took the time to answer all our questions, including whether it was necessary to do a preventive treatment for termites (both he, and the owner on a previous phone call, said it probably wasn't necessary). Overall I have no concerns about the service I received from Stuart's Pest Control. In the three weeks since the visit we've had a few bugs inside the house (we didn't treat inside), but Fernando said this may occur with new construction. If we continue to see critters inside I'll give Stuart's a call.

Paul was professional, courteous, and even arrived a bit early (yay). Gave me a 10% discount because of Angie's List, so that was a nice surprise. Will be using them again in Sept.

Paul was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what products he was using and answered all of my questions about their effects. I decided I wanted to split up the work over two visits and he made that easy to do. I look forward to working with them in the future.

They are awesome! They do a great job, and they have fair price! I have no complaints with them. They said, "Well, you know, we can come back every three months, exterminate your house, and there is no problem." I have been using them ever since. They do an excellent job! They are very professional and on time. We got no problems with them.

They were great! They will be doing quarterly services. They were very prompt. They were very personable. He knew exactly how to provide the service and exit quickly. Everything that they did from my initial conversation with their office was very professional, very efficient and quickly work to me into schedule and I’m extremely happy with them.

Having Stuart's Pest Control come out was the smart thing to do. Bill, from Stuart's, came to spray for two different kinds of ants both inside and out. He was pleasant, professional, and very helpful as he explained things. He took the time to tell me what to expect, the difference in the kinds of ants, and what the chemicals do.

I had bought a house that had been vacant for awhile and I just wasn't sure what I would find. I had him go through the kitchen cabinets, which he normally doesn't do, but I am moving from the northeast and I am a little afraid of cockroaches. He said he didn't normally do that but he understood why I would want it done. I just had to wipe them out before I put any food or dishes in them. I will hire him again.

Everything went fine. Just a fyi - If you want the attic treated you must make sure your technician does it. Although, they advertise it to be included in the treatment price my techinician believed because it is so hot that it wasn't necessary. So just make sure its done IF you want it done. They were HONEST and confirmed it was not done and sent someone out the same day to take care of it! Also, I was told that the lawn treatment was done for free as a perk for being a first time client! I am happy with them and will use them for my maintenance plan. Update: Great customer service. They used "Pet Safe" chemicals by our request and it seemed like we ended up with more bugs than before they came out. We called to complain and they sent a refund, with no argument. We had a check in the mail the next day.

Jim is very professional and did a very thorough job. He checked for any problem areas on both interior & exterior of the house. I would recommend him to anyone.
