I left a message for them over the weekend inquiring about their services and pricing. The Owner called me back at 10:00am Monday morning. The technician was extremely professional, taking off his shoes. Best experience I have ever had with a pest control company. Honest, informative, no pushy sales pitches, no contracts. They just do what they say they'll do.

Ray was very pleasant to deal with. He explained everything that he was doing, took his shoes off before he entered my home. Ray was extremely respectful of everything in the house. I had a great experience with him and his company Stuart's Pests Control and hope that he will be my technician for all my quarterly services. Thank you.

Fellow came out as planned. At first was going to work walls from the outside. Then while doing piers underneath noted that the walls were not that difficult to get to underneath. So then redid walls from underneath, using up chemicals on the truck that he had no further use for that day. Got extra treatment for free. And perhaps a bonus: -- 6 months after the application I never saw a cockroach in my house again. I use the same chemical, which is in "Combat" on the backs of my kithen drawers.

We have used them for years and they have always come through. If we see bugs before our next quarterly appointment, they come by free of charge and are there to solve the problem.

Great service. Initial visit treated the whole house for common pest, ants, roaches, silverfish and checked for termites. Was able to identify termites and provided great information about options for treatment. Was extremely knowledgeable, non- pressuring and thorough. Same inspector returned a week later to treat the termite issue. Extremely pleased with the service provided

They came out to check the house for potential termites at no charge. He was able to determine within 10 minutes that indeed I had some termite issue (thankfuly it was a relatively new occurence). They provided 2 types of services (one which was more extensive, thus more expensive), but he was honest in advising me that the simpler of the service would suffice, since it's a relatively new problem. He came back the next day and took care of the problem efficiently. He also answered questions about silverfish that I see around my house. They offer a service where they come out to your house every few months (no contract required) where they spray for various types of animals/pest a typical house usually deals with. I opted to not go with this service and he wasn't pushy about the sales at all, so I'm glad to be aware of this option to keep as future reference.

I've been dealing with Stuart's since about 1970. They're good dependable, honest folks. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Stuart's for quarterly pest control at our home and our investment properties for the past 2 years. Stuart's always provides wonderful service. We always request Jim to do our treatments...he always does a great job and is usually even early to appointments. One of our favorite things is that if, on the rare chance, we do see bugs before our next treatment, we can call and they will come respray for free. We love this company and will continue using and recommending it for the foreseeable future.

VERY professional and courteous. Excellent product as well. I get sprayed once a quarter for ant and roach control. If you discover a pest in your house that the service guarantees against, they will GLADLY come out and respray until the problem is alleviated. I would recommend them to everybody.

We discovered an ant problem in our new home. Stuart had the best prices and reviews by far so we gave them a call. They were able to come in that week and we haven't seen a bug yet.

I have no complaints with the service. If I ever see any roaches or other pests, they will come back to re spray at no additional charge. I schedule the appointment ahead of time and they are very punctual. I am usually there during the time of the work and I have been pleased.

Stuart's sent out a very good exterminator Brad Daughtry to my house. He came twice, I think the first time was in the April time frame and again in June for exterior. After the first treatment I saw it was effective because the bugs were dying however, I still saw more than I would like. Brad came back out and thoroughly treated the exterior. I was impressed with this knowledge and focus on customer service. I wanted to wait a while before giving a review because it takes time to assess whether or not a pest control is effective. I will use them again next season. Beware Texas Roaches!

They did a good job. I had questions and the owner talked with me directly.

I was having a severe ant problem. I literally felt like I was living on an ant mound. The technician was punctual, friendly and thorough. On the interior of my home he spray areas that no other pest control company has before. He went into the attic and sprayed the garage. I got the lawn treatment service for the ants and he sprayed every square inch of our lawn. I have found dead ant mounds that I didn't even know were there. Plus as a bonus it has taken care of a wasp problem that we have been having under our deck. I will definitely continue their service.

The person that came to spray my house was actually a bit earlier than I expected which was nice. He came in the house and sprayed then sprayed everything around the perimeter outside of my house as well. He was nice and made small talk as he worked inside the house. It was a basic service which I have had done by other companies as well. All in all I would use the service again and have nothing negative to say about the experience.

The service-man showed up on time, did a great job spraying inside and out and explained the process and warranty provided. I will continue to use their services. They are a little pricy, but they warranty no roaches, silverfish, or ants (which was our big problem) for 3 months.

I had two pest control visits. After the first pest control visit and within the 90 day period i had an ant problem, which i didn't say anything about until he came out the second time. I paid in full for both visits. After the second pest control visit on July 10, i found three roaches in my house within the 90 day period. This occurred a couple of weeks prior to October 10. However, i have been very busy and did not call and complain about it. They called me to schedule my next quarterly visit and i informed them about the roaches. They were totally dismissive of my issue. I can understand that if i didn't technically call within the 90 days, i may not be subject to the guarantee, and i was actually willing to let them come out again. However, the lady i was transferred to was very rude and not at all helpful. She acted as if this may be expected. She was totally inflexible in all respects. I have been more than reasonable. I have done my own pest control for years and never had much of a problem. I hired these people because they were highly rated on Angie's list, i didn't want the hassle of doing it myself, and i didn't want to have to worry about insects. I don't have the time to argue with them. Whether they honor the guarantee or not, i had a recurrence of an insect they very specifically guarantee within the 90 day period. Again, i would have given them another shot, but they topped it off with a bad attitude. I don't have time for that.

Mr. Stuart himself came to my house to look at an issue we are having with dry wood termites. He spent a great deal of time surveying my house and all the while giving me a real education on pest control and in particular dry wood termites. He treated my problem areas, made recommendations on what to look for in the future and told me to call him back if I saw any additional evidence of dry wood termites. The cost of the treatment was very reasonable and he guaranteed his work. It has been three weeks since he treated the area where he found evidence of dry wood termites and I have not seen a recurrence since. I liked the services of Stuart's pest control so much, that I called last week and they set me up on a quarterly inspection and treatment for pests. They called about an hour before the appointment and were right on time. They came out and performed their pest control treatment inside and outside the house. While they were here, they looked at the area's were they treated for dry wood termites to see if there was a recurrence or other areas that were in need of treatment. A job well done and first rate customer service. Just another note, These were Stuart Pest Control employees that came out. The work was not sub contracted out.

We were having an issue with tons of small brown ants (sugar ants?) coming in through little cracks in our window sills and the floor trim along the wall in our kitchen/living area. Each time they found a new entrance we would spray and clean, but then they would just show up again a week or two later and spread out again. We finally had enough and had this company come in to do an initial pest service. For our 2000 sq. ft townhouse it was $90 for them to spray the interior and exterior against ants, roaches, and silverfish (coverage is guaranteed for 3 months). Our technician also used some special long-acting baits to take care of the ants- he made sure the ants were taking the bait and tried two different kinds to see which they responded to better before using it over the areas where they have been showing up. He also spent an extensive time spraying the exterior yard, house perimeter, and even the siding on the house that corresponded to the walls where the ants have been coming through (he said they likely came from outside to start with but are now probably living in the walls, so by spraying outside and baiting inside, they should be taken care of). It's been a week and blessedly no more ants have been seen! However we did find a dead roach in the guest bathroom, so it looks like that spray is doing its job! We will likely continue to get quarterly service from this company (cost less than the initial service, about $75 I think). They were on-time, thorough, and explained everything he was doing, plus the work is guaranteed for 3 months! Worth it.

I will never use anyone else.

Recently purchased my first home and noticed a major spider problem when cleaning the laundry room prior to move-in. No hassle in setting up the appointment, and I made sure to use the Angie's List discount coupon. Exterminator arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and assured me that the spiders inhabiting my house were garden variety and not dangerous. He did a thorough job of spraying the entire interior of the house, the cabinets, the attic and the yard. Spiders are gone, and I couldn't be happier. Also pleased that the pesticide that was sprayed had not noticeable odor. Will definitely use their services again.

Paul showed up on time and listened to my concerns. Made recommendations based on findings. Treated inside and out for insects.

Overall, really well. He was extremely personable and friendly. Really made me feel comfortable with what he was going to do and seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. He was about 10-15 minutes late, during rush hour in Houston; which may or not be a valid reason for you. It didn't really bother me all that much, but I know some people are big on punctuality. He apologized and that was that.
