 + -1 moreI really like their service. It's friendly. It's the same person every time and they do a good job. They spray very well. They do a good job. It's a quarterly thing but you can have them come within the three months. If something is wrong you can call and they will come out for free. They are friendly, punctual, call you when it's time to make your appointment.
Description of Work: Stuart's Pest Control just came out today. The did the whole outside of my house and they also did the interior.

 + -1 moreExcellent. The wasps were killed immediately and did not return. The house and yard have remained free of insects. I will use this company regularly to keep my home pest free. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not be more pleased.
Description of Work: Killed a large numer of red wasps that had nested in my pool equipment. Exterminated inside and outside of the house.

 + -1 moreIt was ok. We were having a recurring ant problem, and being that their services (whole house spray) are guaranteed for 3 months we called them out. Twice in fact because the first time they didn't really solve the problem. The second time also the ants were coming to the baits for really long time and they refused to respray and didn't try to diagnose the problem as to why the ants were coming in and maybe we could seal up the hole. But overall, pretty pleased with them considering the price they charge which is very affordable.

 + -1 moreThey had to come in to respray for roaches. I do not keep a dirty house. I have never had this problem when I was with terminix. I did not have this issue with the company in the past, but a new person started coming to spray my house in Missouri city lately. Even after the respray, we are still seeing roaches coming from the vents, etc nightly. I am sorry to say that I may have to go back to terminix. It is really too bad because everyone at the company was so nice.
Description of Work: Came in to respray the house for continued bug problems 2 months after the initial service.

 + -1 moreDavid showed up on time (Stuart's actually gave us a TIME not a window!), and gave a lot of attention to our ant problem. He spent time tracking the ants to diagnose their entry point before treating, and was kind enough to rescue a spider my daughter found during his treatment. Before leaving he provided us with instruction on how to care for the treated area and when to expect them to be in touch for the next treatment.
Description of Work: Treated for ants in our house and around the yard; provided quarterly general treatment.

Description of Work: My first contact was week of 6/9-6/13 made appointment for Tuesday 6/17/2014 @2pm before 2pm got hang-up phone call, called office who contacted pest control tech and officecalled me back that he was running late. Pest control tech did not only need stop at gasoline station he had to back up his vehicle and pump my water into his tank Then pest control tech did not have enough foam to complete job, I asked him if he could come back that afternoon and he could not. Now all the termites are in my house, flying around on the carpet tec. Made another appointment for Friday at 2pm. Then with so much termite activity in my house, called for an after hours appointment on Thursday after extreme argument with office for Thursday 6/19 which got another hangup phone call and no show?

 + -1 moreThe guy showed up right on time and came in and explained what he was going to do. I had some questions and he answered them. He went outside and sprayed the outside of the house and the whole back yard (I have a small yard). It took about 30-45 minutes in total. It was worth the money and I will use them quarterly for pest control.

 + -1 moreI've been using Stuarts Pest Control for years. They are very professional. They call me every 3 months to set up a time for bug spray. Ray comes to my house and is very friendly. He always asks if I've seen bugs lately and where. He sprays around all baseboards and under sinks. He goes into the attic and sprays. Then he gets his large hose and sprays the yard, front and back and around the house. The folks at Stuarts are very nice and I will always use them for my bug needs.

Description of Work: Jacob inspected the whole inside and outside of the house for termites. He did find the source they were coming from but our house was not infested. He said they were swarmer brown termites and were coming from a neighbors tree stump close to our house.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time, was very nice and professional. Need to call them again, because we have an infestation of centipedes in the house that have gotten worse since they were here. I hope they can come and fix this?its only been a couple of weeks since they were here. Otherwise, i've not seen any other bugs/rodents/ etc. So far happy. If the centipedes issue can get resolved, i plan on staying with this company.

Professional, nice manners, explained the entire process, but not too much. No sales pitch. Prompt, worked quickly, quietly, and was non-intrusive. Explained what he saw in regards to pests and what was recommended in the future, but without a sales pitch. No contracts. In and out in 35 minutes. Did entire 2200 s/f home, inside and out. Treated 2 attics. Removed a wasp nest. I recommend this company for pest control, and will use them the next time I need treatment.

 + -1 moreFrom the day I made an appointment, everything went very smooth just the way i liked it. Making appointment was easy, they are on time and price was reasonable. They stood behind their 3-month warranty and came out to retreat twice in one of the properties where I had persistent problem although it became better after the initial treatment. The other property had little problem after the initial treatment and no need for re-treat. For now, I have no reason to call anybody else for pest control service.

 + -1 moreThe technicians always arrive exactly on time, work quickly and quietly. I am always asked if there have been any insects. This time I had seen on flea. Our cat is allergic to fleas, so I asked, should I get another flea treatment. The technician said "no, not yet", but told me about vacuuming uncarpeted areas, as well a carpeted, emptying the vacuum canisters outside and spraying the inside with insecticide, to prevent any flea eggs that I had vacuumed up and not disposed of, from hatching. Pleasant and helpful always.
