Description of Work: This company is well established and always on time. Paul understands I am waiting for him to finish and leave for work so he treats the garage first and the inside of the house before the outside foundation. I trust them and have had no issues with bugs. They treat my house every 3 months and call to schedule right before I am due.

Description of Work: I hired the company for general pest control. The staff was nice and on time. They did a great job and even called to follow up.

Description of Work: Very easy to contact and arrange an appointment. Very helpful in discussing treatment options and providing advice regarding keeping the property free of pests. Absolutely no hard sell for more expensive, additional, or future treatments. I plan to use them again in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Description of Work: The phone conversation during the initial scheduling was very professional and courteous. The technician showed up early and did a great job. After the first treatment we immediately began to see fire ants and wasps inside the house. The technician came back out promptly, treated the house again, explained in full detail what was going on, and we have had zero problems since then. We will definitely be using Stuart's in the future for any pest control needs we might have.

Description of Work: We just moved here and noticed bugs. I searched Angie's List, found then, and they came out the day I called with bugs. Turns out they were Formosan Termites. Robby was awesome! The treatment took most of the day but no bugs since. I will be using them again.

Description of Work: David sprayed for ants and completed a spot treatment for dry wood termites. He took the time to explain what to look for with this type of termite and our best course of treatment.

Description of Work: I am impressed with Stuart's honest opinion to the need of termite preventive treatment for my newly constructed home. His technician checked the property and gave his finding to Stuart who visited the property several days later to confirm the finding. He didn't think the preventive treatment is necessary for the type of construction and material used. He also gave me the estimate, which is fairly reasonable, if I opt for the the treatment.

Description of Work: I have been using Stuarts on a quarterly basis for pest protection since 1974. I have never had to call them back for service that didn't work. They are the best at what they do. Their personnel is cooperative and friendly. Their technicians are prompt, courteous and thorough in their jobs. I don't think I could say anything better about them other than to say next year will be 40 years I've been doing business with them.
