Description of Work: Overall Stuart's were probably as good as most pest control services. I did not feel that the original inspection, in which I asked the inspector to check for termites, was thorough (thus the "C" for professionalism). He just seemed to think, from the "feel" of the building, that there was no problem. Maybe he had enough experience to make that judgment, but to me it felt casual. My biggest concern is with the overkill of the product. I stopped treatments of any kind well over a year ago, and I have just started to see very slight bug activity. Some may take that as a big plus and jump on it. However, my reasoning is : why should I have been paying for quarterly treatments when what they were using was obviously having very long-term effects. More importantly, if it was strong enough to rid my house of bugs for way over a year, I wonder what it may have been doing to my cats. (I was having both inside and outside treated quarterly.) The concerns that I expressed about my cats when I was still having the house treated were just brushed aside, which I did not appreciate. I am not an expert, obviously, but these were my impressions and concerns.

They come mostly to spray for roaches, as well as other pests outside. They always call in advance, and we never see any bugs in between their visits, which are mostly preventive. We've been using them for five years and really like them.
