I have been a customer of Stuart's Pest Control for 32 years. They are great. They are always on time or early. If I will not be home, I have no problem leaving a key for them. I trust them implicitly. I have only had to call back maybe three times in all the years, and that was for ants. They responded promptly and solved the problem.

They are always on time. Very thorough and make sure you understand what they are using and what to expect.

The person who comes out and the person I talked to initially are very knowledgeable about termites and other insects as well. I use them for some termite treatment and regular pest control. The same guy comes out each time and he is good. I would use his services again in the future.

It is a scary time when one witnesses flying ants that turned out to be termites taking flight from a hole in the brick !! How could that be? After an Angie review of potential pest control companies in the area, I called Stuart Pest Control to help me assess the situation and advise on treatment, if necessary. Their tech, Rod, arrived 2 days later, as soon as they could schedule. He was most patient as I explained what I had witnessed. He tells me he believes it was a 'termite swarm' that takes place once a year. Who knew? I consider myself blessed that I happened to be in my backyard at this exact time to witness this. After a careful inspection, Rod advised a spot treatment would be the best place to start as there did not seem to be much activity and they may have been caught in time. I also requested a general pest control treatment as the home had not had one for a while. The work was scheduled and performed in a professional, non-intrusive manner. I was impressed with Rod's honesty and knowledge. I have signed up for quarterly pest control treatments and glad I did . After this treatment, I found a few dead roaches that I did not even know had taken up residence. The company honored the first-time Angie List coupon, even though it required Rod to call in and have the expected invoice amount changed. He seemed glad to take this extra step and it was appreciated.

I have used Stuart's before for a broad pest control treatment at a rent house. I really did not take competitive quotes but reviewed reports from other providers and felt that the price was probably in the ball park. The cost of the full termite treatment includes a 5 year warranty. The service was provided by someone who has worked for the company for many years and had an obvious expertise about termite infestations. When dealing with termites, it is important for me to have confidence in the company's expertise because of the potential liability associated with damage since it is not covered by insurance. Stuart's provided me with that piece of mind.

Robby was here 10 min early I believed he called me on his way here I am not to sure I don't really remember. The service was Great ! He came and did the service I wanted inside and outside the house which was to spray and he left when he was done. I will use this company again in the future.

I think I spent about $150 on that last service. They do a good job and the only thing I don?t like about them is that they keep calling back wanting to reschedule the next service and that is just annoying.

Service man arrived on time, was very polite, and explained what causes and also how to get rid of earwigs. He was very pleased when I brought out my Angie's List coupon. Exclaimed that his boss was really going to appreciate my using Angie's List. Before he left he wrote on the bill the amount a quarterly treatment, but in no way did he push me to sign up for this service.

It went very well the person was on time. He sprayed around the baseboards in all the rooms. He also sprayed all the cabinets and in the garage and around the foundation outside. He was done in 45 minuets.

I like Stuart's because: 1. Prompt response time. 2. Takes time to ask questions and explain. 3. Professional and prompt to the re=spray request. 4. Keep my house pest free.

Stuarts provides fantastic service. They arrived a little early and waited in their truck to assure they arrived at their scheduled time. They have a very good guarantee on their service; and have great prices. Unlike some of the nationally known Pest Service providers, you will not find bad Better Business reports on Stuarts. Even though this was my first time using them I cannot say enough about their company/service and the people.

They are always on time, and usually in and out within 20 minutes. If we ever see any bugs between quarters they come back and re-spray at no charge. They have great customer service and are always prompt to return a call if needed.

I find them organized. They send out reminders and the same person comes out each time so he knows the house very well and he's very thorough and knowledgeable about typical home pests. If you have any questions about it he can tell you what they are, what they do and how to get rid of them. He is very friendly.

They come quarterly and do both the interior and exterior. All the service men have been there for many years. They have pretty good employee retention. It is always the same people and that gives you a better sense security and reliability. They come in clean and near uniforms. I would continue to use them in future.

The worker who comes is very knowledgeable. He knows all the bugs in the house. He does a good job. They spray both inside and out. They tell you how to prevent certain bugs from inside your house. Been using this company for a year.

In the event of rain, they will not spray the outside. Rather they leave a note stating they will come back when dry weather exists. On the most recent service call, the employee got behind a wreck on the freeway. He telephoned me for the reason of his being late. I have been extremely pleased with their services as I have used them since 1988. With their services, they guarantee their work. In the past, I had my home treated for termites and wasps as well as the more familiar pests. Throughout my long term service with them, their rates have increased very minimal.

Rodney took my call quickly and followed up with an estimate to treat for bugs. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the chemicals and why he has to change them often. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day was set and Rodney was right on time. He did an excellent job and I haven't had any trouble with bugs since Rodney started spraying for us.
