David showed up on time - I recognized him from his picture on their site and he did a great job, sprayed everywhere, paid attention to the two trouble spots I had, very quick and professional! I will definitely be calling him back for quarterly treatments.

The were very prompt, professional and friendly. We are starting to see some bugs a few weeks later but, to be fair, we just purchased the house and it had been sitting empty for several months and we do have 2 large oak trees in front of our house. I will be signing up for their quarterly plan and we will see how things are in 6 months. I will report back then. Having the quarterly treatments has been great. No bugs between treatments. Unfortunately, the 2 days after the treatments, dying and dead bugs show up everywhere. I will put up with that for the 3 months of no bugs though.

My experience was positive. They were helpful and can when they said they would. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They have done work for me before.

Great. He was prompt and prepared to help us immediately. We had a wall down and needed answers before we completed construction. Stuart's worked us into their schedule promptly because of our dilemma. He found the source of our problem that no other company seemed to find. He was kind and very knowledgeable about solutions.

I've been using them since April. The price was very good. They were definitely professional. I would absolutely use them again. I was very pleased with them. They did an absolutely good job.

He arrived on time, introduced himself and asked if we have had any issues, and told him just an occasional bug or black ant. Told him did not want the whole house internally sprayed just under the sinks. He said that was no problem that they would get outside good to keep them from coming in to begin with. He sprayed all around the flower beds and trees as I stated earlier. He was professional and friendly and stated that we would get notice whenever we are due service again, but if we had any issues to contact him and they would be out to take care of it. I did use the 10% coupon from Angie's list they offered for first time customers. So I would definately use again.

I contacted this company due to positive reports on Angie's List. I was very impressed with the person answering the phone and the way she explained the company's services and how they charge. The price we paid was based on square footage and for a one-time initial overall treatment - inside and out. The person who came to the house to perform the service was very prompt, professional and extremely thorough. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience, that he enjoys and takes pride in his work and most importantly had high regard for the integrity of the company, the owners and the other employees. We were not "sold" a maintenance quarterly plan - but we chose to do it because of the great service as well as a price break. We were told there is no "contract" required, which we liked and we were not pushed into additional services, etc. although they are available if needed. I highly recommend this company.

I got them from Angie's List, and they had a special going. This is the first time I have used them. The overall experience was good. The price was a little high, but we had some specific problems with ants, so they had to do some extra treatment with that. They said they if we had any more problems, they would come back at no additional charge. I would use this provider again.

We had them for many years. I like their service because there's a continuity to it. They're very friendly. We don't have pest concerns outside the normal household. They're professional. We have a dog, so most of them are very good with it.

My tenant called me to tell me they were seeing some insects around the house, so I called this company to get a quote. They gave me a decent price so I told them to contact the tenant to set up an appointment. A couple of days later, I get a call telling me the job is complete. I did not need to do much, and they took care of scheduling with the tenant and getting the work done. Very professional with everything. Would recommend again.

It went real well. I will continue to use them.

Moving from Seattle to Houston was a huge shock. We don't have many flying bugs in the NW. In fact, we didn't really have any bug issues other than a spider here or there. You can imagine my shock at the first sight ever of a tree roach, with wings none the less. Stuarts came out prior to us moving into our new home and and sprayed inside and out. When I called and asked if they could help with the mosquito issue (and yes, I freaked about the tree roach) they came out and re-sprayed the entire outside and yard again without any additional cost. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They really care. I realize that no one will every get rid of the creepy crawling and flying critters that Texas has to offer but it's nice to know there is someone I can call who can help control the exposure in our home.

They did a good job. They seemed professional. I would use them again in the future.

Overall: Very Happy. I selected Stuart's Pest Control's name after reading numerous reviews from Angie's List. Many comments were from people who have used them for 20-30 years and said that their people had worked for them for years, that they are very honest and had good prices. I called them after finding termites coming up through my garage floor and I had carpenter bees in the pergola over my patio as well. I have to say all the reviews were spot on. The office staff was very friendly and set me up an appointment right away. Jim came the next day and was great. He was friendly and courteous and actually came earlier than expected. Jim offered various options on how to treat the termites. In the end we agreed to take a "wait and keep an eye on them" approach as he saw no evidence the termites were in the wall and a crack in the garage floor was a very odd place for them to show up. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me an expensive treatment that I didn't need - no scare tactics, no pressure - just lots of good advice. Also, the prices for the different treatment options seemed very reasonable. Jim then treated the pergola for the carpenter bees and told me what to do to protect the structure from future infestation and general wear. I was very happy with the service I got from Stuart's over all (and Jim especially) and will definitely have them do my future pest control services.

Overall this was a good experience. I would definitely use this company again.

They are reasonable and consistent. They proved a great service and are very honest.

They are prompt reliable and they call us to follow up. They are always good about coming out in between service calls, if we need them to. We've had the same worker come out to perform services for us for 10 years now. I have never had any problems with them.

They were reasonable. They give a range of time for showing up and they are always within that range.

They are the best, most reliable,most honest, pest control people I have ever come across. He goes far beyond the call of duty. He came out and sealed where the rats where getting in and he didn't need to do that. They are the most conscience people. I can't imagine using anybody else.

He was polite and friendly. He offered suggestions and I would recommend him and use him again.

We got them off of Angie's List. The reason we called them was because we wanted a professional opinion as to what we should be doing. The guy brought some traps and he put them up in the attic for us and he also gave us a poison box and he placed that outside. It was the right thing. We ended up getting the rats upstairs in the attic and then nothing happened with the poison box. My husband kept checking it and in a couple of weeks we were certain that all the poison was gone and our neighbors found 7 dead rats in their bird bath. After that, we haven't heard anymore. Everything that he told us was right and it worked. We were really pleased. He was right on time. He was very nice. He was talkative and he explained to me what he was doing and what I should do and I should look for. We didn't spend a lot of money which was another good thing. We just paid for the service call which was a little over $100. It was for the service and then we paid for the traps and the poison box.

They were great. I would rate them highly.

I was very happy with them. Overall the job went pretty well. They did fine. I don’t remember how much I spent on their service. I would recommend them to the others. They were responsive. I called and somebody came out within three days. So that was good. They were punctual and they were actually here ahead of time. I will use their services again in the future.

They were courteous, responsive, and they performed the work. They arrived when they said they would arrive which is a big deal. It was a small job but I appreciated the way they handled it.
