The technician arrived within twenty minutes of his estimate of arrival time. He went directly to the attic and actually saw a squirrel as he climbed up the ladder. He climbed back down and said he would have to locate the entry point in order to keep them from coming back into the house. He found it very quickly (it was a slightly enlarged hole formed by the place where the roof tiles meet the fascia board). It was at the corner of the house. He applied some repellent, but told me we would have to plug the hole with something the squirrels could not chew through in order to keep them out permanently. It was several months ago and there has been no more trouble. A couple of years earlier we had called this company and said we needed someone to come out and get rid of the rats that were coming into the house. The work was done very professionally and quickly. Afterward there was no trouble with rats. These are very capable people, and we intend to use them for any animal.insect problem we have in the future.

Jacob is my rep and he is a very personable, friendly person. I am so pleased with the way he takes pride in his job. Today when he exterminated my house, I completely forgot to open up my garage to let him spray inside there. I called Stuart's and told them it was my fault, but he came back in just a short while and completed the job with a willing and happy attitude. I like my exterminating company. They do excellent work and keep up with my quarterly visits. Update....same thing...very good service every time, and in the time-frame given.

I contacted Stuart Pest Control and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The person came in, was most thorough and professional, and put an end to our ant problem immediately.

Response was only a day after the request for service. Technician was on time and did a very thorough service. He answered all questions and was both extremely courteous and professional. He advised that if we saw a recurrence of insects to call and they would come back out at no additional charge. We did see a small recurrence about a month later and they were back out the day after we called. We now have them scheduled for return visits on a quarterly basis. I don't know how much more of a recommendation is than repeat business. Excellent service.

From the initial call to set up the appointment to the completed job Stuart's Pest Control provided excellent service. The gentleman was on time, he listened carefully to our concerns, and took his time making sure each area of our home was covered. We are very pleased with the service and have not had any problems with insects since he treated our home.

David and his assistant arrived 15 mins early and called me to say they were at the house. They treated the entire house with the basic service plus the extra for fleas. They were very thorough, systematic and professional. They answered my questions about the service. They were very friendly. I forgot about the 10% discount given on Angies List and made sure I received it. I will continue with Stuart's for my quarterly service. I am very satisfied with the work done.

The initial spray was very productive especially on the exterior. We were informed the black ants are difficult to treat. On the interior they seemed to not be affected, when we we called back the warranty was honored and a technician was schedule to return. Thus far a month later we are still discovering that the treatment is still affective.

We had a great experience with Stuart. After their first visit we still had some ants & roachs around the house; we informed stuart Exterminators & they came the next day with the treatment & assured us if we still found ants they would come again & have it treated at no extra cost. We called them in for the third time cause we had carrabian ants in our yard creeping thru our neighbours yard.Stuart was RESPONSIVE, Punctual & THOROUGH.Will always recomend them Highly.

The technician arrived right on time. As he entered, he asked if I would like to do a 90 day contract. When I declined, there was no hard sell. He went right to work and was done in about an hour. The technician was very professional and friendly. I'm sure I will need an exterminator again and I will deffinately call Stuart's again.

Ray came out to help me get rid of the bees I had. He was very knowledgeable and a good guy. He gave me great tips and I would definitely use them in the future. They are a very professional company that has their customer's best interest at heart. I felt that they were much better than most companies I've dealt with and where actually a pleasure to do business with.

He was punctual and friendly. Explained everything that he was doing. After about 2 days, we haven't seen any bug. The best thing was that no long term contract was mentioned but we will probably have them in periodically to avoid any further incidents

Very well; the receptionist explained their services and made recommendations, and the service person showed up promptly. Services were performed quickly, the technician was very polite, and they were very reasonably priced.

It was great! Fernando came on time as always, was friendly and professional as always, and just did a great job. I have never been disappointed in any of the work they have done and I've used them for many years.
