"I hired MC Master Construction to do a kitchen remodel and I can't say enough good things about them. They are punctual, polite and professional, and clean their work site before they leave every, single day. This was my first experience remodeling so I was completely clueless, but they guided me through the entire process and made it stress-free for me. I never expected to get such exceptional service and workmanship because they were priced well-below their competitors, and I was prepared for that (and dreading it)!! I was VERY pleasantly surprised!! On top of that - they can do anything! During my remodel, I had a plumbing issue, and they took care of it the next day (for a lot less than I would have paid a plumber)! Their work is flawless and the process was seamless. It was obvious from the start that all of his workers take pride in their work. When you're a single mother, first-time renovator, clueless about construction and work really hard to save the money to do something that is "non-essential," it is very scary to put your money and trust into someone else's hands. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
