"The company performed all the demolition and rebuilding of my pool and cool decking with new tile and flagstone coping installed along with a new plaster finish to the pool. The work and professionalism was beyond reproach. Even my regular pool cleaner was wanting to know who the company was because the workmanship was outstanding. All tasks on the contract were performed and also I had added some things that they did free of charge to accommodate me. I would have no reservations what so ever in recommending Tru Blu to any person wanting to work to their pool and back yard."

I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

The owner of the company came out on several visits to check on how things were progressing and provided drone photos from above. A cool feature to see from above how things look and the transformation that took place. Not sure you see many owners actively engaged but the attention and time taken was greatly appreciated.
