The agreed upon date was broken three time and I needed to cancel. He said he was working on that paperwork on 9/19/2023. I called the Houston office 832-492-9738 on 9/27/2023, I spoke to Misty, she said that she handled permits, and the consultant handles the refunds. The consultant is giving me the run around and this ordeal is stressing me out."
