We found the repairman (Rusty) to be prompt, personable, a good worker, and he gave us some tips on different things. (i.e., suggested which toilet fill valve to buy so I could replace it myself.) We will use this company whenever we have the need.

I have used Able Plumbing twice in the past 6 months. First, they replaced my toilets and with this most recent call they replaced all of the bathroom and kitchen faucets. The plumbers were punctual, friendly and took the time to explain what they needed to do. I've had no issues with either the toilets or faucets since their installation. I will continue to use them as my go to plumbers.

It went well, there was no leak for the plumbing, it was an irrigation/landscaping issue.

My situation was somewhat of an emergency. The builder of my 9 yr old home had mixed brass and galvanized piping to/from the water heater which apparently promotes accelerated corrosion. "Billy" took my call, addressed all my questions and a technical arrived at my residence within the hour. The tech "Jimmy" was one of the more professional and enjoyable individuals that I have encountered. He completed the job in about 2 hours, no hidden fees and the workmanship was excellent. If Billy and Jimmy are reflective of Able's personnel, they are a quality organization.

Originally provider came out to fix a toilet and as soon as they got there, they told us the toilet couldn't be fixed and it would have to be replaced. Provider was kind enough to wait for me to go to the store and purchase a new toilet to replace the old one. Upon arriving back at the house and opening the new toilet, the new toilet was broken. Provider said they would come back the following day to replace the toilet once we were able to get one that wasn't broken. Provider arrived as scheduled the following day to replace the toilet. The put in the new toilet and there were no additional charges. Excellent service and they really helped me out. Would highly recommend.

The installer arrived during the time frame that I had been told. He was very professional. He removed his shoes on our front step and went right to work in removing the old toilet. Within an hour of arrival, he had the new toilet seated, in place, and caulked. Everything is working great, and I would definitely recommend Able Plumbing.

Nate did an excellent job on fixing my bathtub leak. He was professional and cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely hire Able again. He was on time and prepared. Besides doing a great job I think the charge was very reasonable.

Punctual, did exactly what was asked of them, even stayed longer to flush the lines.

We have a home warranty and they sent out AZ plumbing. The guy said that a new water heater would not fit in our attic because of the size increase due to new regulations and that we would have to enlarge our attic opening before they would replace the water heater. After speaking to several people, we felt they were not being honest and we decided to get a second opinion. We called john Moore BIG mistake. They gave us an estimate of about $3600.00 to complete the work. Next I had another plumber come out and give us an estimate and it was $1525. Although this was considerably less than John Moore, we got one more estimate from Able. They quoted us $1350, so they came and did the work the next day. They had no trouble getting the water heater up in the attic and we didn't have to enlarge the space. It is working fine. The men were professional and explained everything to us. Did a great job with no hassle. We will use them again and recommend to others. So glad to have the hot water back!! Thanks!

Great service. The plumber who installed the new toilet was very professional and worked quickly. I would recommend this company.

Juan and Rhys with Able Plumbing were able to locate my main line clean-out after we were unable to on our own. Juan was especially knowledgeable and used several techniques to locate the line in a timely manner. Once the line was found and my clog taken care of they used a camera to locate the source of the issue. It will take some more work but using Able Plumbing to fix my issue will ultimately save us a lot of money in the long run. If you find yourself getting clogs multiple times a year it's worth giving them a call to camera the line and find the issue.

when I contacted Alliance Plumbing they came out and gave me a price of 370.00.I refused and contacted Able Plumbing who was able to respond the same afternoon and finished the same job for 110.00.In paying for this service I did run into a problem when my credit card was charged for two faucet repairs when I only needed one.I went back to angies list to correct the mistake to order just one faucet repair and was charged for one repair,but now I have a total of three repairs on my credit card when I just trying to get one faucet repaired.

Plumber quickly diagnosed the problem but said he did not know the make and model to replace the part that was broken. I got the make and model information for him but he then said they would not order any parts and that I needed to find them online or buy them from a plumbing store myself. It seemed odd as I am used to contractors providing parts that I then pay for along with with installation. Very unimpressed. Luckily, I have a home warranty and the warranty company has provided a different contractor.

I sent a message to Able's through Angies List email late afternoon. They responded quickly via email saying they would contact me. Next morning they called to schedule Jeremy to come out first thing and replace the seal on the leaking toilet.

The provider was easy to schedule. The process went smoothly and they did a great job.

Noticed some discoloration on my ceiling. Called Able Plumbing at 1:15pm. They had Dwayne and Heath here at 2:15pm, and they were done by 3pm. The guys were courteous and got right to business. Couldn't be happier!

Pex pipe to replace the corroded metal pipe, copper fittings at each outlet, tubing anchored to the rafters everything seems to function as promised. We were NOT, however, told, in advance, that the standpipe from faucet to shower head at the tub would not be replaced so it is still the old, corroded, iron pipe. Nor were we told ahead of time that the holes in our walls & ceiling would be left open for us to repair. One of the workers was smoking in our attached garage so the smoke (to which my wife is allergic) & smell was in our house and garage The trench in the yard was, understandably, left open over the weekend as the inspection wasn't completed until Friday, but then, with heavy rains threatening, it was left open until Wednesday AFTER the rain so the fill in of a water filled trench, was done with mud, not compacted, and soft enough for a 24lb dog to sink into & have to be pulled from the mud. At $6,000.00 I expected this to be a turnkey job, not something I would have to close up after they'd been paid. All-in-all I consider their plumbing to be satisfactory but some things need improvement
