Description of Work: At approximately 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night, I called Able Plumbing. I was in a panic! Rusty water was spurting in my attic and dripping down onto a lamp and white carpet in my living room. Needless to say, the sheet rock and carpet were very rust colored and soaked. Terry came out immediately and replaced the leakey section of pipe. He advised me what to do that night to prevent permanent rust stains on my white carpet. His advice worked. I knew I had to replace all the old water lines soon. They were able to start the job the following Monday. Considering how complicated the architecture of my house is, they did a great job. The plumbing contractor part cost $9,500. The sheet rock repairs cost $2,500 which I thought was resonable. Sheet rock cut outs were done with care and replaced and painted so well that I can't even tell where they were made. I would give all the guys an A+.

Description of Work: Installed new Insinkerator garbage disposal. With the Big Deal the labor was essentially free. Excellent service man came out. He even provided some advice on another issue with faucets in our master bath.

Description of Work: Guy came out in timeframe he said he would however did mention that my info was lost and he wasn't able to call me ahead of time to give me a heads up. The work was done well. No issues on the replaced spicket. Added a small part without charging me as well.

Description of Work: They were very good. Very fast and professional. Gave me several helpful suggestions to save money in the future. Everything they fixed now works. The only question I had which has nothing to do with their work or the performance of their work, was whether or not the part they changed from Moen was a warranty part? If so the part should be free. That does not mean it was free to them, but I would have sent it to Moen for a new one. I do not have the part and I did not ask for it.

Description of Work: Cleaned sewer line

Description of Work: I had a broken water line. Due to the drought situation, my concrete on the porch had come away from the foundation. When it did, it pulled the waterline enough to break it. The line was between the siding and the outside wall of the house. It was Saturday and I knew I wouldn't get anyone to come out. I found Able Plumbing on angie's list and called. I spoke with the owner, Ben, and he said he would have Kevin call me. Kevin caalled and, made arrangements to come right out. He came promptly and surveyed the problem. He said he would have to cut the siding to get to the pipe (there was too much cutting to go from the inside). He cut the siding, found the break and fixed it. This all took about 45 minutes from start to finish. Kevin was professional and very polite. I will definitely call them again if needed. Thank you Ben and Kevin.

Description of Work: Toilet was running constantly. Needed new parts but didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. Service person was on time and quick in servicing. Even looked at my whirlpool tub and showed me that I just needed to find and press the re-set button to get the jets working again. Thrilled that problem was taken care of also.
